Funilly enough if you go into Halfords they recommend Mobil 1 ESP 5w-30. Proper Mobil 1 0W-40 is good or Castol Edge 5W-30.

Latest update. Samsung are hoping the problem will go away as they have failed to come back to me with any answers despite further emails to them on the matter. Fortunately I have checked with my phone supplier and they will take it back and give me a full refund. Top marks to them for this. The question is what am I going to get next? Phoned HTC about the HTC1 and they advised me not to buy it! You have to laugh. iPhone5S is a definate no. Hmmm.....ideas?

Don't use Kies on your PC. It is rubbish. Back up your phone to the cloud. When kitkat comes out update over wifi.

Quick update here. I have just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to Samsung regarding this issue. They could not advise me if the Kitkat update will resolve the matter. I have just sent in an email asking for the issue to be raised higher. I will report back as soon as I know more.

I'm jealous! Looks like a great place...(not just after watching Tokyo drift lol) one of the places on my list to visit! I always recommend japan as a holiday destination, really has so much going for it, great people, amazing history, multiple climates, stunning place. Whereabouts did you live in Tokyo?

The S3 was a brilliant phone which broke new boundaries when it was launched. I got an S4 for my son who quickly ran into a basic problem with it in that it doesn't have an FM radio on it and you cannot download one. I gave him my S3 and have regretted it ever since. Kies, Samsung's PC Suite software must have been developed by someone from another planet ( utter junk ), is a prime example of software not fit for purpose. I have been advised 4.3 KitKat will be available for the S4 end of October. Come on Samsung, we love your gadgets but listen to the customer and release products which are fit for purpose. Bluetooth is a basic requirement on todays mobile. Wakey wakey!

Love F1 but I am feeling a bit bored with it all recently. Is it just me? Doesn't feel like it used to any more.

Did the software update for the S4 mini sort out the problem? My mate has the same issue with his S4 mini and his Parrot Bluetooth.
