Cheers!! Yeah Halfords can do the tape or i'll bring my roll on the NW drive and you can have some of that if you want. I got my plate from a local car shop for £9. Halfords wanted £15 i think. 4 screws, two for the plate and two for the bracket. For such little effort its made a good difference i think. might be being thick here (again) but why the screws if you stuck it straight on the bumper?

actually that looks a lot better. I'm just a bit worried about ripping it off if I had to change plates over.

front. I just feel funny about sticking it on the paintwork but I guess I'll wait and see.

anyone know where I can get one? I've looked on ebay but nothing. Guess I'll have to go to Nissan? Don't fancy sticking the plate straight onto the bumper.

I got N11 XYD last year and originally put it on the car as N11XY D (my surname begins with a D). I ended up feeling so self conscious that I took the plates off and got new ones correctly spaced. That's typical of me though - no bottle! I've still got both sets! I couldn't get N1XY D

oh god don't. It wouldn't surprise me if there was some dead stuff in the back - I daren't look! And the gears - well have you seen the ones on buses? Bit different from my close ratio type R gears - by about 6 feet! I could also do with a rope ladder to get in and out!

dropped the civic off this morning at a local bodyshop for some minor work. Nice guy said he'd lend me a car until mines ready. He'd forgotten his promise and didn't have the keys to the little runaround I was supposed to be borrowing. However, he did have something else that he said was a bit of a beast! The biggest ugliest filthiest 4x4 i have seen in my life! Isuzu trooper - jacked up with a huge space between the wheels and the arches - full of mud, shotgun cartridges, cups of coffee with mould on and tools - he sniggered as I drove away..............just had a right chuckle vision session at the garage putting fuel in - my mate from work had to literally pull me into the car from the passenger side it is so high! Nightmare!

Love it - not more than the other one but it's still lovely. Very classy.

I've got a video ipod and really like it. I use it mainly with itrip in the car which isn't the best quality but ok for the time being. I find itunes very easy to use and have had no problems at all as yet.
