If you want a car that turns heads then the 350z will definitely get more second glances than the bmw or your s2000 at the moment. You've driven them all so you know what you're dealing with. I understand your worry at possible shape changes but an announcement can come out AFTER you've bought any car so at least your forewarned. Any previous cosmetic changes in the past have been barely noticeable. To be honest, most people have to put up with a shape change at some point unless you change your car very regulary and if you're gonnna do that then so what?

I do feel a bit sorry for the guy that hit you. What a nightmare for him, poor sod. Bet he'll look over his shoulder in future!

I think the reason cars like this are usually associated with older people is because it takes years of hard work for them to get in a position to afford them (usually). My neighbour's dad has a ferrari an aston and has just bought an orange lambo like sarnies - he's in his 50's. He's grafted his way to riches and said he can remember getting really excited about a celica GT4 some years ago before he became mega wealthy.

just think of all that petrol money your saving, miles that aren't going on your car, nasty weather that will make it dirty, erm, can't think of anything else - trying to put a positive spin on it!

I've mentioned this before I think but filling my Z up is a real pain. The JDM has such a tiny filler hole it's an art in itself to get the nozzle in but even though I've mastered that one I can still only put the fuel in so slowly it takes forever! I only managed 3/4 of a tank last time because I was stood there so long I couldn't be bothered to keep going! Anyone got any tips to stop the flaming thing clicking off all the time when filling up?
