After a **** up by the receptionist quoting me a L3 service I eventually got my P3 at Guildford nissan yesterday for £200 (supplied my own oil) They phoned me up to ask if I wanted front brakes fitting at £150. Obviously I said no. When I picked up my car there appears to be no oil left from the 5 litre container I gave them...mmm...

To be honest it is not the fines that bother me, it is the points on my licence. It is so easy to get 12 points and loose your licence now.

Hertz do a fun collection and the z is one of them. I hired the Shelby GT last year which was an awsome car (although didnt go round corners well) If you do a quick google search you can find hertz codes for 10% off.

A good point, why focus on c02. Diesals emit heavy metals and other bad for your health pollutants, yet co2 is the bad boy.

I was thinking about all the crap about co2 emissions, the implications and the huge amount of tax on our "planet changing gas guzzlers" I took a few figures from some green sites and came to the conclusions the just surviving at home creates almost the same co2 than my car use but the cost is disproportionate: The C02 emissions for a z is 280g per KM or 450g per mile. I drive 10.4 miles a day to and from work (4.68kg co2, (450*10.4)/1000) A few house hold appliences: TV 1.1 Tumble Dryer 1.84 Washing 0.63 pc 0.63 Total 4,17kg co2 This is without counting in a dishwasher, the fact I dont drive everyday etc... Thoughts?

I put my original nissan stereo (not bose) back in last week, driving to work this morning the left channel cut out on CD's. I switched back to the radio and the left channel came back on again. This only happens when playing CD's now, anyone come across this before?

I did think of buying the wireless dongle for the xbox for £60 then I realised I could buy a 15m ethernet cable for £5 which is more reliable than the wireless connection.

I have a road angel professional, even though you can see the cameras having the alert is an extra alert. The only time i have been done by a camera I used to drive passed twice a day, one day I was not alert and went straight passed it, 3 points and a fine. The road angle would have given the reminder I needed

On my drive from Guildford to Bourenmouth 2 weeks ago I saw 7 Z's, the most I have ever seen in one day. I would say about 1 in 4 will wave. The only issue is that when I see a Z I automatically wave but sometimes I am in my girlfriends car and the Z owners just look bemused

Another tip for free drinks: A lot of the bars have machines built into the top of the bar. The rule is that if you have over $20 of credit in them the drinks are free. I used to put $20 play one or 2 games when the bar man was around and keep topping up the credit when i wanted free drinks.
