  2. Ah bugger, needed the drivers side....:-(
  3. I have a problem with the lower handle in that whoever owned the car had a ring and stripper the rubber from the handle. Any idea how much you can get them for?
  4. Nissan may charge £125 but I imported from these guys and is only £50 delivered: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissan-3 ... QQtcZphoto
  5. Amazon is your friend: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Universal-Mount ... 983&sr=8-1
  6. I did a race day in a selection of cars and the instructor took me out in a TT Quatrro to learn the racing line and braking distances, was fun but not as much as my Z
  7. Not really, just wanted to be able to send her a link with all the abusive comments and say "told you so"
  8. Just having a discussion with a friend on why she would sell her 350z for an Audi TT and she mentioned that the 350 was based on the TT. Is this true?
  9. I was not even racing this morning, put my foot down at the wrong point of the corner and the back fish tailed...
  10. http://www.channel4.com/news/articles/d ... in/1038357 It does get me angry that the point was that we will have to pay to drive on the "congested" roads. Surely we pay already in Road tax and petrol. People who drive more and people who have "gaz guzzlers" pay more because they use more petrol. Imagine the implimentation costs of a national pay as you drive road system. It is frustrating to watch the program and them saying you should stop driving more and use public transport. I for one dont think that I will go for a drive just for the sake of it and the public transport is crap. I got a train from Guildford to london yesterday, was 19 pound and I had to stand. The pay as you drive system will be more expensive during rush hour. Most people have to drive to work as there is no viable alternative. Time is valuable to people in this 24hr culture and spending an extra 1hour+ a day to use public transport is also not feasable... Most of these schemes are advertised as a way to prevent congestion then cars with larger engines have to pay more for CO2 emissions. What is it? A polution tax or congestion tax??? Anyway. Rant over :-)
  11. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7086290.stm 2 offences in 3 months is so easy to do let alone 3 years. It does make me wonder if these types of things are to get their prosecution rates up to make their stats look good.
  12. Got back yesterday from a road trip in the Ford Shelby GT Via Vegas, Big Bear lake, LA, San Fran, Yosemite and back to Vegas. I did feel sorry for the Shelby with the crap we put it through. The front lip was grounded so many times because of the dip in the road when joining from a hotel/petrol station/bar. We grounded it so many times on speed bumps in hotel car parks and had a very hairy experience on mountain roads / racing tyres / wet mud / 1000 foot drop at the side :-) Still... was a fun trip.. I also cant believe how many 350z's I saw in Vegas and LA they were so common, wlthough look funny without a spoiler on the back. Was an excellent car and the sound was awesome but I am so glad to be back in my 350z, american cars just hate going around corners. The major gripe was filling the car up for £20 as opposed to £60 in the Z.
  13. Don't think the XDA Orbit is available on Vodafone though i think it is just called a different name...
  14. I have the XDA orbit and have also put TOMTOM on it. Also put a US map on it and am using it in the states at the mo, is the best little gadget I own.
  15. Ok Victor, but £40k is indicative of what the other USDM and JDM markets will be paying irrespective of the fact that we will pay more. A 911 doesn't cost £40k in the US And if there is a 20k diff in the price there will be hell of an import market.
  16. Agee, am on my 3rd Ixus and highly recommend them...
  17. Was that for your Z? If so, I need a slightly bigger one - the hooks are 90 x 60 and I think the Z ones are about 60 x 60. Yes and it fits perfectly...
  18. Probably why it doesn't go around corners ;-)
  19. I bought this one last week... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=003
  20. To save me and everyone asking "how much is...?" Can you list the prices of everything under the bonnet? I can then start making my birthday and xmas list :-)
  21. do you have a better pic or your engine bay so I know what else to buy on ebay? ;-)
  22. They look very similar, now you tell me the price :-)
  23. Ok, I was bored and surfing on ebay (dangerous I know) and came across some hydraulic stays for the bonnet. Was only £40 from Thaiwan so was not expecting a lot. They were delivered today and although the instructions were not that great they were still installed in about 10minutes. Am quite impressed by them lift the bonnet about 5cm and the bonnet rises the rest...
  24. ASDA are good, for 150+ prints it works out as 5p a print. I also notice that when you upload some pics to an online site they sometimes compress the photo first which defeats the objects of having a large resolution camera.
