    That's definately not right. Mine is working overtime in this weather and lights up like a pikey Christmas tree. In fact I had a big tank slapper yesterday morning in third gear accelerating down the m/way sliproad.

    How much oil was it using when Nissan agreed to replace the engine? The reason I ask is mine has used about half a litre every 1000 miles from new and my stealer has told me that this is within acceptable tolerances.

    I went out to the car about 15 minutes ago and they've gone back in now Probably too cold for them to stay out long

    I noticed when I got to work this morning my headlight washers were stuck out. I'm guessing that it's due to them being frozen and the pipe being too stiff (oh Mrs) to return properly. Any thoughts??

    This is a less common fault but mine has done it from new and despite having the bearing changed twice under warranty, it still does it. I have now decided to live with it as it's not a major issue for me.

    If you can stretch to an 06MY then it would make more sense imo as the resale value among other things is likely to be better.

    Hi and The Zed has got a good reputation for shrugging off high mileage so as long as it's been serviced regularly, you shouldn't have any worries.
