    Thanks again Andy. Since my car is only 5 months old and has only covered about 5000 miles, I'm hoping my stealer will fix it under warranty without any resistance. Wish me luck.

    No mate but my thrust bearing has been replaced under warranty - it was very noisy before Thanks Andy. It's comforting to know mine is not the only one.

    Wasn't a Shelby in Bullitt - was a fastback 350. Shelby in Gone in 60 seconds. Now wheres the train spotter smilie??? I was going to correct him ALso good to see you wrote it Bullitt not Bullet Ok errors noted

    I had a new Clio 172 a few years ago and the leather started to peel off the steering wheel after about a year - they changed it without any hassle though.

    Good to hear that you are pleased with your Z and that you haven't had any issues with it. You must be putting on the miles as I've had mine 5 months now and have done just over 5000 miles.
