  1. Car 18months old, 44000 miles, only issue is at 27K service rear number plate bulb needed replacement. Had to replace the rear tyres at £32K and the fronts are still original - is that a record!!! (mostly motorway driving). Biggest is the crap bloothooth!! c'mon Nissan sort it out. Honestly been a grt car but now time to move on - gone for a 08 SLK350 - getting old and need something a bit more refined. Long live the Z, I maybe back.
  2. Yes high miles due to work and pleasure!! Stoke (home) - Liverpool (work) - Huddersfield (GF - mostly pleasure ) - The infamous M6, M62 seems not too bad when in the Z. Luckily business mileage claims cover running costs. Took some getting used to but do really enjoy the Z. Going to upset many when I say it took some getting used to, I really missed my previous car - a Honda S2000.
  3. Hi just completed 9000 miles, car 3months old - Serviced at Holdcroft, Hanley - Excellant professional service and for a grand total of £126. Totally recommend them if you are local to Stoke-on-Trent/ Staffs/Cheshire. No issues with the Z, nothing fallen off or rattled loose!! and still got 8mm tread on the front and 7mm on rears - admitidly 90% motorway driving. Only one small gripe is they have minimum carparking space - best book your car in during the week. Heres to the next 9000miles...............
  4. First of all - grt forum, full of useful info - congratulations to everyone involved in keeping this site to such a high standard Well had the Z about 6 weeks - done 3700 trouble free miles already, (so you may see me around Stoke-on-Trent, Liverpool or Huddersfield (don't ask!!, home, work and play )!! Just one question/comment - anyone agree that the dip stick/oil check is the worst design I have ever seen on a car!! - probably not hehe. Other than that found the car to be impressive, mpg is superb compared to my last car - Honda S2000. I was after a convertable this time but stealer wanted me to place the order then they would confirm the delivery date (was looking at 6 months minimum) I couldn't wait that long and waiting the 2 months on a confirmed delivery for the coupe was bad enough!!
  5. Why not follow the link for pictures - it's inept people like you who keep me in a job, IT consultant!! pays grt and plenty of spare dosh for toys like the Z
  6. I replaced the dreary interior lights with these LED bulbs from Autobulb Direct. Definitely bright white light!! The bulb is a larger size than the OEM bulb (42mm long) but fit without any problems. Purchased both the white and Blue and settled for the white ones!! Good fast service and they even gave me a free bright white light bulb - which duely replaced the interior boot light. https://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/produ ... 610&page=1
  7. Had similar loss of connection problems with bloothoth adapter and Samsung D900. Worked ok for a week then connect/disconnect issues. tried all the obvious reconnect, search, refreshing history, removing bloothooth adapter & two different phones. My current phone is Samsung D900 and this was the one causing problems, changed back to my old Motorola SLVR connected ok!! Changed back to Samsung which has auto connect to Nissan 350Z option when you enter car and pwer on bloothoth. This attempts twice so cancelled request and connected manually - hey presto connection and this method - rejecting auto connect and connecting manually has worked without issues for the last two weeks.
