Paul can you do me a big favour and weight the intake manifold please?? I may move to one if its a decent weight saving Not sure how accurate my scales are but it's coming in at exactly 6kg

It's an oem R35 wing with carbon fibre extension pieces ( which cost more than the wing itself :-0)

The engine bay will stay black for the time being. If I ever pull the engine out I'll get it done then. Not decided on wheels yet. Got the 19" g35 ones just now but definetly looking for something nice to complement the rest of the car Yes R35 wing with carbon fibre extensions £££££

Well my birthday is on the 19th of April so that's what I'm aim for :-)

It's not to do with how deep your pockets are its how bad your addiction is ! Lol. Always find a way. My plan is to have it finished and on the road for end of April so I can enjoy the spring weather

So little update. Progress as been slow in the last few weeks. Mirrors have been painted, front and rear bumpers finally finished being prepped after them needing a lot of reworking. Rear wing ready for fitting :-)

Don't think £500 would stretch to gas fitting training. It is easy money though but need to Resite tests every few years to stay registered and I think there a few grand a time. Considered it myself but don't think I'd get the same job satisfaction though. Gas fitters are usually grumpy too lol Do what makes you happy :-) Paul

Yeah I'm hoping it's easier to keep clean. I won't be fitting the front cover until I take the plunge and supercharge it :-D I've gave the painter a little longer with the car as the front and rear bumpers were a terrible fit straight out the box so they needed alot of re-working to get the finish were after. The longer it's in at the painters the more I buy for the mechanic to fit when it gets sent to him ! Lol. I'm missing not having a garage to fit it all myself !!

What colour you after bud? The darker one in the last picture :-) Cheers
