normal spec for these wheels on a 350Z are 19x8.5 ET18 front and 19x9.5 ET22 rear, looking at how they sit on the car I would say that is the spec of these. From memory front lip is about 25mm and rear 50mm. These wheels are about £500 each so someone is going to get a bargain in my opinion.

Yes you can use the Rays nuts, from memory they are around £85 per set but will double check in the morning.
