savd 1500 on the car and then got the trade in up by 1500

the thing is rapid but also very very lazy. 70 in 6th is ticking over at 1200rpm so you have to be in the right gear to give it some, I take back about a roll on race as I think the zed would muller it in 6th and possibly 5th but in the other gears i'd say its not going to be close.

fantasically equipped, its no zed in the handling but its very comfy and has great feedback just not as quick to turn in. Its bloody long too, much longer than my discovery!!

Anyway this isnt a zed is it? I miss the zed but this gives the performance and practicality i want.

If I get to 350 posts do I still get my sticker?

currently 330bhp and 5 secs to 60

top speed is 178 - no restrictor - upping the power is very easy. Getting the wortec system for it whch will add almost 100bhp for next to little investment

and yes, its fast - dont feel it but its acceleration is epic - i'd say dont try a rolling race with one thats for sure!

i remeber the jap test drivers commenting on how even with the esp turned off it still wasnt fully disabled - made issues for drifting or somesuch.

Well life since the 350z has been tough. I missed noise, performance and though my discovery was giving me a nice place to be and the smart car a cheap place to be, I decided I needed power again.

So I took the landrover in and part-ex'd it for something a little different....

Must be a typo surely? I would say if it really is brand new, then it's worth 24k-25 max. Check prices on the trader and a lot of dealers are asking £21-23k for a half decent JDM roadster.

 

But do these include the Nismo kit or 19" wheels? Don't forget this is a brand new car with full Nismo kit.

 

I really can't understand why people are so against the price of this, sure it's a bit pricy but perhaps by no more than 3 - 5k surely?

Its simple - 36k is not the value of that car, 24k is - even with that list of specs.

Also it is not the revised engine. So what if it has Tiptronic etc, as mentioned, its an import and worth less as a result. The nismo kit and wheels are only worth about 2k as an option fit. Insurance WILL be higher for it too, no warranty (manufacturer) and what happens when the tiptronic fails?

comfort wise the Z is untouchable for the price and style of car.

I had until recently a 06 Passat SE, a Landrover Tdi and the Z

The passat is as uncomfy as sitting on a cactus, shockingly **** poor seats

the landrover is very comfy but I wouldnt want to drive for 12 hours in it

I drove the Z from the south of france back to Chippenham in one day, stopping only once for fuel and once for the ferry - it did a constant ton plus in france without missing a beat and we both got out at the ferry and then chippenham without a single ache or pain - this car is truely a GT

I had the tyre noise so replaced with pilot sports and it was so much quieter

Did I mention I just got a smart car? It has a tiptronic gear box just like a jap 350z
