True, but you'll be the one left with the listing fee's and your zed. Its a binding agreement but outside of eBay is useless. Whats the worse you can do? Leave him negative feedback??? I'd be happy to take the negative feedback and not pay load of dough for a car I didn't want. Ebay can be good but it can also unearth a lot of timewasters.... My god I had zillions of (pathetic) offers and could of sold it 20 times over, well for £12k anyway... I had about 10 traders contact me after the said date hoping I'd be desperate for a sale....... Imay do that too, say that i need it gone by the beginning of June, which i really do now, I need that money for the new place.
