+1 £14k for exhaust £16k for brake pads £35k for replacement disc's and pads. Under 60K for a car capable of 3.5 0-60mph can't really be said to be insane. Where into Porsche Turbo, Lambo Gallardo territory here with prices north of £100k before speccing. Running costs of all supercars are crippling but presume the GT-R will be cheaper again to run than the equiavlents mentioned. Mates Gallardo has lost £40k in 18months, needed a new clutch after 5k of town driving - apparently average - and servicing bills are the same as a luxury holiday for a family of 4 ! He thinks the GT-R is the bargain of the century. Read the title of the thread, its about the V-spec GT-R that costs £110,000 not the standard GT-R

I pretty much agree with everything you've said. I really dislike this new format, it looks very 'Americanised' in my opinion. Also each post takes up too much space so people with massive info in Sigs (CS for exmple) means that their posts are massive. Aesthetically it looks ok but no better than before, I'm also not sure what actual benefits there are for the users. It seems that most of the benefits are behind the scenes so that the site runs smoothly which is great for everyone I suppose.

That last one's not Nismo, its C-west. That C-west car is an owners car on here. He posted up a thread about two weeks ago about how his car looked now that the wheels had been refurbed. People were loving his red seats too...........................

And on the radio yesterday Sir Alan was going on about how they have raised the bar with these contestants, also one guy on the show was going on about how marvellous he was and how he always made his voice heard etc etc and he was a science teacher... nothing against teachers but it just shows the amount of BS some people can talk, I want some of them to write my CV! teachers are the lartgest professional users of dating websites. Thats because:

Thinking about it, most of them have to give up their jobs to go on this show and there can only be one winner. That means most will be going back, cap in hand, and begging for their old jobs back!! I'm sure most employers watching would be rubbing their hands at getting rid of those donkeys so easily, and cheaply

Five years ago this programme used to have contestants that were true entrepreneau's that were all self-starters who already earnt more than the £100k that Sir Alan was offering. Now its full of gimps from people earning £20k a year as (no offence to anyone that does any of these jobs but.......) Teachers, Estate Agents, Trainee's, Car Sales people, Pub Managers etc etc. There is nothing wrong with these jobs at all but the people on this show are supposed to be potentially the cream of the crop, the best bright up and coming young business minds that we have to offer. One bird adds up on a calculator and says nothing about the spiralling costs, the others clean £150k cars with with sponges and leave the wax on them!! I'm not sure who was stupider, the women who couldn't work a pressure washer or the dealer for letting them loose on the cars!?!?!?!? The blokes spend 90 mins on ONE car and then wash them with the doors open! I'm sorry but there was nobody tonight who showed any business acumen, initiative or drive to warrant giving them anything other than their normal job back!!! Don't get me wrong, i love this programme, but the quality of contestants has deteriorated over the years....... I kept meaning to apply for this as I'd love a good rumble with Sir Alan

Spotted an UY GT4 going northbound on the M6 yesterday 24/03/09 in the 50mph average speed zone right by The Fort.

It was £14k not long ago...........You will never sell a car within a week unless the car is priced significantly lower than every other car about. How much u think it should be going for bud? Not a great deal less but he is not giving people enough time to see the advert in my opinion.............I'd whack it on AT, PH & eBay before reducing the price........the chances of someone travelling all the way to scortlaaand to see this car from the ad on this site is remote........
