Just need to save up first for a front end respray then, thats the risky bit.... getting a good body shop that can match the paint exactly, as i'm a bit picky like that, it will have to be perfect!

Thanks Dorian, That's assuming that they would have put sythetic in at the first service? God knows They did it early at 6500 miles, rather than 9000 ... Suppost I'm a little worried that I don't know, might make a trip to the dealer and stand in front of them till they tell me.

Tbh Fergo, i'd do it and just ensure you save the money to do it..... especially now that they can do a full bonnet installation. The Z does suffer from stonechips, and if you don't get it done while its new then its a bit pointless. I've got stonechips about 8 inches from my windshield. So I'm planning a full front end respray at some point and then Paintshield the lot! Seeing Vals post about being down there, i'm just waiting on the price as well. While we are on this subject, I got my car serviced as part of the deal.... But was just wondering, i'm not sure what oil they used exactly (I suppose I could try to find out but being a Nissan dealer, I'm not holding out for a quick and easy response ) but was wondering, if my oil level drops a little..... Can I put some of the Silkolene stuff in and mix with the others, or should I just do a full oil change and put in the full amount with the Silkolene?? What do you guys reckon?

Mate it sounds superb. You should all do away with the Blose s**t. Crystal clear fronts and as much bass as you want without it going all fuzzy. The sound stage is superb instead of behind your head. I'm sure it does, just not sure I can justify 2k on a sound system!

Erm.....a little at times, like when we were barrelling into corners with deathwish sheep in the road. She was worse to start with at the beginning of the faster bits, but I started to teach her how to "read corners" with vanishing points etc, so that rather than not knowing what was going on, she knew when I was going to accelerate or brake etc. Seemed to work, as by the end of the day she was better...... still a little unused to the level of acceleration, but definitely better. She even said she was starting to like it! But that was not me like a man possessed....... I would have been quicker if she had not been there......
