  1. Hi mate (just thought I'd put up a different sign as my other one is in the wash)
  2. Mmmmmm Ok then chaps...... anyone maybe be up for making one of these days together? A sort of rideout meet, but on a track?? I fancy Oulton (been round it on the bike) or even Spa!! Would anyone be interested? Just an idea at this stage..... but I see another meets opportunity!
  3. Ah not far from me at all then. I live just off M66 J2, but go past whitefield every day, as commute back and forth down the M60. Keep your eye out for a azure Gt then, KE54 plate. That be me!
  4. Yes that makes up the GT pack..... its an uprated Bose stereo (although the head unit is Clarion, branded bose). You get a 10 inch subwoofer behind the drivers seat. not sure how much typically it would add onto a 2nd hand car, probably about £1500?
  5. Forgot to say, not sure if anyone else saw this, but at the end of 5th Gear this week (Monday Channel 5, 8pm) it showed a preview of next week. The curly haired muppet fella is taking part in a doughnut challenge. Pretty sure that when it showed it, that he was sat in a 350z Sunset Orange Roadster Did anyone else see it? Anyway here is the description from the 5th gear site "Tom Ford helps out setting a spectacular new world record for the most number of cars doing donuts simultaneously. With the UK's top drift cars and their owners taking part, it could be a glorious triumph of delicate car control - or a 22 car pirouetting pile-up. When one donut goes a bit wrong, Tom's toes get driven over and he's sent writhing to the ground in pain - unmissable!"
  6. Where is this "Tax free Nissan Sales" place then? Sounds interesting.....
  7. Cheers John, Only problem with that is that its out of date..... It doesn't have some of the counties/locations on...... (just so that people know that this is obviously the latest list)
  8. So where abouts are you from Flavius then, if Bolton and Wigan are near dealerships.... Yet another NWWM Zed.... what colour/spec?
  9. Doh! (should have engaged brain before opening mouth.....)
  10. Welcome mate, Extended warranty is only worth £400 for a year on the 350z so don't let that sway you too much..... But as the guys say, shop around.....
  11. No problem Max, glad you made it and thanks for making the effort all the way down...... Let me guess, standing water?
  12. Does anyone else see a tumbleweed here? No Mark on this post until now....... (I think that's a case of mistaken identity).....
  13. Actually forgot to mention, according to an article in Evo this month with the Chief guy at Shell in charge of Optimax, its only refined at the place on Merseyside, Ellesmere port is it? So that should be the cheapest place for optimax,........ guess be dearer up with you....
  14. I can beat that..... Before the Wales day, I was on vapours as I got to the Optimax. I'd left it an extra day to empty the tank of other stuff. Sods law it had gone up 2p over night and cost me £73 to fill up.......
  15. OR more importantly..... whether there are goddam sheep in the middle of a welsh moorland road as you come barrelling into a corner with a nice big drop to one side! too many excuses mate, you were just braking too often! Or were you sh@tting yourself as you have a huge azure Z in your rearview mirror all the time? lol I wondered when the abuse was coming....... But in my defence, I did have a very scared girlfriend next to me
  16. Glad you like the sig..... and I know what you mean. I can't help but smile when I look at it! I also love that pic of Kev's it came out so well, and you can sneakily see me gunning mine away from the exit of the car park in the top right
  17. If you really want to blow your brains, then read this..... http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=117
  18. Right I'll try and explain this simply, but I'm sure that if I get this wrong then someone will put me right..... Basically the RON level, is the octane level of the petrol. A higher octane level petrol has a higher resistence to early combustion of the petrol in the stroke of the engine. Therefore typically it is a more efficiently burning fuel giving more power as long as the engine can take advantage of it..... therefore in a zed, it can take advantage of a higher octane fuel and produce more power per ignition cycle and is typically more efficient with it.... ( i think..... )
  19. Chris has kindly put all the pictures on here http://www.350z-uk.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=57 Some beauties there
  20. Ah has it now slipped to June? Last i heard it was May..... surprise, surprise....

  23. OR more importantly..... whether there are goddam sheep in the middle of a welsh moorland road as you come barrelling into a corner with a nice big drop to one side!
