  1. Unsticky I think Val... this seems to happen every month though...
  2. Shall we make this be part of the route of the Dec 10th SE meet?
  3. So we now have: Andy - 3rd or 10th Lugger Hanel - 10th Captint Stevie350z - 10th Pingu2 - 3rd or 10th mugwump sl114 (Louis) - 10th Blacky - 10th WoREod - 3rd or 10th AWESOME! Let's choose 10th (I won't be in the country on 3rd!) and all we need is a plan. I think H5 was volunteering a route, but anyone can do that. I like travelling down the A287 through Midhurst down to the South Coast, there are some fast pieces but medium risk of getting stuck behind Miss Daisy's... but also lots of small villages to show off in (and we are all Attention Seeking Whores after all!). That route takes a couple of hours each way, and finishes up at the seaside! Fish and chips anyone? Any other ideas on a route?
  4. Thanks for all the tips lads.. apart from money bags Captint Two things concerned me: (1) I haven't used paypal or bought anything from ebay b4 (yeah yeah, I know), but (2) why would then need the card number, expiry date and 3digit CVC to find a previous transaction? Why not last four digits or something? Anyhoo, Prescience I will call that number, muchas.
  5. My tomtom700 fits lovely in the central box...
  6. Yeah, Oxford is pretty central! Do you provide Princess's too? Can you send me a brochure?
  7. As long as it doesn't involve Ming's Purple Plenum
  8. Someone throw a jug of cold water over those two! Hey StephenG - crack a joke, mate, humour always lifts the mood!
  9. I might come along - see if my buddy fancies it... she doesn't finish work till five... should know in 30mins or so
  10. Must admit, when the Kuro is all polished and waxed with the wheels looking good... people ask if the car is brand new and I even got asked once "Is that a Zonda?" - admittedly the guy was pi**ed, but hey ho!
  11. Hopefully the conveyor would be one of those bouncy ones that you find in airports, so the plane could bounce to try and achieve lift off... the passengers would have to jump up and down at the same time, of course...
  12. Attention Seeking Whore... didn't u see the other thread about "what does the 350z say about you?" There was a general consensus that we are all ASW's. PS. but SL114 is the worst (a Blatant ASW).
  13. the secret is to be LAZY and SMART... you are half-way there! You need to get some Toyo's on that Lean, Mean, Custard Machine of yours - I've been well impressed with them after only a couple of hours! Awesome. I was really sceptical about the difference b4 I got them - so glad that I'm wrong!
  14. I'm not known to scrabble... one has staff to do that for one
  15. Yeah, Rob! THey are awesome! I love the quietness at low speeds, and I agree that large roundabouts are much more fun, heehee!
  16. More evidence of ASW! I think we need to start grading ASW syndrome, maybe three levels? How about (1) unknowing ASW, (2) knowing ASW, (3) blatant ASW
  17. I wonder what Ming has to say on this issue... where is that scoundrel... probably down the chinese...
  18. The old ones are the best!
  19. For the more inept people on here (i.e. me) can someone explain to a layman what the offset is (assume something to do with distance) and what a spacer is (assume something to increase the offset). Diagrams are always welcome, as they helped me enormously during primary school
  20. I've just been for a spin (well, not really thanks to the Toyos) and can confirm these are the nuts. The car is quieter at low speeds and feels great! Thanks to everyone on this site for (1) recommending Toyos, (2) having someone as helpful as Andy supply them, and (3) giving me tips on getting them fitted. As my American colleagues would scream with a high five to match: YOU GUYS ROCK! Don't know what I'd do without this site
  21. I'm sending an email to the Rotherham Command Team to register my disgust!! rotherhamcommandteam@southyorks.pnn.police.uk
