    Key Fobs

Not sure when your 370 was built but see here in case it is steering lock failure related: http://www.350z-uk.c...-recall-action/ Basically, it was cars with a VIN number UP TO 0300691 and build date UP TO 24th March 2010 that the recall applies to. Otherwise it might be a coincidence that both key fob batteries need replacing, but as said above ^^^ there is is normally a digital warning in the dash to that effect. If the car is still under warranty certainly get it along to a Nissan HPC.

  15. +1 - Top quality Matt - captures the weekend brilliantly. How did I miss that One to add to the History of Wales drives
  16. Haven't heard of engines problems from members' feedback on here, but there have been gearbox issues with several being changed before the warranty expired (mine included). Without trawling back through those reported cases, I don't recall those issues coming to light in the first 1200 miles, but I believe the data will be there, if Nissan chose to check. Personally I would respect what the handbook says about the running in period, which in the case of my 370 that now looks like a long term keeper I am glad I did .
  17. 1200 miles. Quite sure that Nissan can find out from the ECU if the specified running in procedures have been abused - something to bear in mind should the engine/box go pop before that mileage is done.
