  1. Pretty disappointed with the numbers here. I will sort out what I can with the organisers about us getting a stand.
  2. Firefox here too for all the reasons mentioned. IE8 is a PITA for this site too!
  3. I think the size and bigger lip suit the car better.
  4. Zara (so it's a Zed) or you could pick some northern word that only James would understand.
  5. ********ANNOUNCEMENT******** We are pleased to announce that we can offer discounted tickets for this event. Tickets are just £7.50 for members wanting to attend the show, and this can be paid via the Donate button. Please put your names down and I will provide final details when I get back from holiday (next Sunday). Be great to see as many of you along again 1. H5 2. Chris`I +1 (TBC - need to ask the social sec!)
  6. There will be plenty of GTR owners along as well and Mo is very welcoming. Looks like Chris might be along as well plus there is time to encourage others to go.
  7. Who else is up for a trip out to a pub for a meet?
  8. The Lexus ones fit perfectly and do come up on eBay occasionally. I just miss them!
  9. KJM Reading aren't bad - not the cheapest in the UK (we're in the south, where it's nice!) but do a good job and are flexible if you want to provide your own parts / want them to do extra bits. Last time they didn't wash the car ( ), adjusted the price for providing my own oil and greased my drop links for no extra. BTW, it wasn't me you spotted.
  10. Calling all you London / South East / South West / Midlands owners (and those from further afield for the drive!) - I have been speaking with Mo from the GTROC and we thought it would be a great idea to get some Zed and Skyline / GTR owners together for a meet. The details are as follows:- “The Cherry Tree, Steventon, Abingdon, Oxfordshire is a Countryside Pub, is Cask Marque accredited and serves Good Food and has Accommodation. They feature Live Music regularly. The Cherry Tree has a Beer Garden. If you are looking for the perfect pub look no further than the Cherry Tree. A fine example of a traditional English pub offering excellent accommodation and a cosy bar with a friendly atmosphere; freshly cooked food, real ales and fine wines all help to ensure the Cherry Tree provides a charming location for any occasion. We serve food daily from a menu where there is something to suit everyone; ranging from hearty sandwiches to more substantial main courses. GOOD FOOD AND DRINK A newly created restaurant area caters for all tastes and appetites from snacks to 'chefs' own specials. Parties and functions can be catered for on request. Outside in the new courtyard area you will find modern patio seating with heating and parasols to enhance the alfresco dining experienceâ€. So…without further ado WHEN: Saturday 20th of June (every 3rd Saturday of the month) WHERE: Cherry Tree 33 High Street Steventon Abingdon Oxfordshire OX13 6RZ HOW TO GET THERE: Steventon is located some 8 miles North-West of Wantage, about 1 miles off the A34. The pub is adjacent to the main road. The pub can be found easily from the A34 - leave at the junction for Didcot and take the turning off the roundabout signposted Wantage. A little way up the hill you will come to some traffic lights, turn right for Steventon (signposted) and the Cherry Tree will be found on the right hand side just over the railway bridge. I will be getting back from hols mid afternoon on the day of the meet so hope to get there. We will be looking at getting together with the GTROC at these sorts of meets when we can. The GTROC have their list started here - http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/118833-first ... -meet.html and at the time of posting have 8 members going. Lets get along and say hi to our bigger (turbo'd!) cousins.

Please can you add your names to the list below if you want to come along, and we should be able to arrange for payment by paypal to be made to the club shortly.
  13. How old is the car and how swirly is the paint? The single biggest improvement I got to shine on my GM was to machine polish it. P21S made it nice and glossy but didnt last long. Dodo Supernatral gives it just as much depth as P21S did, but also brings out the flecks a lot more and lasts a lot longer. I never found EGP to do either of these. Saying that, its only in really sunny conditions that you notice it Come on Chris, you know a wax can only put a finish on what has been done before. EGP is just a sealant before the wet look of the wax. A finishing wax (soft) is a different beast and isn't really there for protection.
  14. Looking into it, having some conversations with the organisers.
  15. Take a look at the offers in the traders section from oilman - get yourself some Silkolene on offer....
