They will have new aftermarket exhausts and possibly part exchanged standard ones. You will be better off with an aftermarket one as people tend to keep their standard ones for resale and they're expensive from main dealers.

Fade the headunit forward 1-3, and adjust the bass accordingly so that it doesn't distort. The front speakers don't take full range so shouldn't be being driven too hard.

Not much at the moment, and with wedding plans saving £50 on a room pays for something like a sausage roll or similar.
