It's a nightmare mate, I don't know enough about the ins and outs of the paint to be able to recommend anything though. The paint does have a certain amount of "flip" in it which potentially could cause a problem. I will have another word with my new sprayer to see if he can recommend anything.

The sensors screw into the cats then the cables loop round and hook into holders then clip into the connecters. Just as a point of reference, I have K8N Typhoon Kit, Plenum, Hi-Flo Cats and Nismo exhaust and have never had problems.

The Azure is a nightmare, as I believe the yellow is as well from people such as Chesterfield having had work done in the past. From the research I have done when I had problems with mine, I think it is down to the undercoat & primers used etc. Not sure what the remedy is in all honesty though. I think the change in materials throughout the car doesn't help either ie: plastic fuel filler cap, metal bodywork and fibreglass kit (in my case) I am hopefully soon to get away from the different colours as mine is getting a fresh coat of paint all over but then again that is a very costly way to resolve it!

Common problem mate as far as I know. I believe there have been reports of even Nissan struggling as well. Here was my first bodyshops attempt when painting to Nissan paint code. Not sure what to suggest really, could be down to technique as it is a pearl(ish) colour.

Drexyl - Just read your pm, will reply in due course Stew - I will only be selling two out of the three sets of seats!! I can't decide what to do so will let fate decide!! If I end up with the cloth seats left, I will get them retrimmed to work with the car Personally, I think the Misano's would look their best in a Scottish Z but that's just me!

If you get stuck, I can lend you some cats for the mot. Would agree on the above comments though, worth getting it checked out.

I currently have 3 sets of seats for the 350Z, 2 sets of which need to be sold. I can't make up my mind which ones I want to put back in my Z. First off are the standard cloth seats. Bit dusty but no marks on them. Ideal for a retrimming project. Looking for £100. Also have some GT-Pack Black Leather Seats. Excellant condition with no marks or scratches. Have the relevant centre console switches with these as well. Open to sensible offers. Also have some Cobra Misano's with custom mounts made up for the 350Z using Bride subframes. Carbon Fibre backs with black leather and blue stitching. Looking for offers in the region of £1,000.

Could try F1 Moto, they are opposite Brands Hatch and if they can't do it, I am sure they may know somewhere. Could also try RSR, admittadly it has been a fair few years since I have been there but they were pretty good back in the day!

With all due respect, if you are asking the question, I would get a bodyshop to do it for you. Is it pre-painted then?

With alloys, you should always get stick on ideally. The hammer on weights are a lot cheaper which is why people use them but historically I have only ever used them on steel rims with hubcaps or van wheels etc.
