Not a year but I handed her back early because I simply wasn't using her. I'm going to try and sit out the winter sharing Kat's CRV and get something in the spring. If I can afford a Zed then it may well be another but it might just be time for a change. Problem is, I'm a car guy and I'm itching to get somthing else straight away....

...and I'm now officially Zedless. The nasty bloke from the leasing company too her away this morning. She looked great as she drove away in the sunshine. I'm sad now.

Hi and welcome, Nathan! Nice Zed but the first thing I'd do is uprate the brake pads. Greenstuff are suitable for cars up to 200 bhp and aren't good enough for the Zed. You could upgrade to Redstuff which many have been happy with for about £100 IIRC but there are other choices if your pockets are deeper. Never scrimp on brakes.

I've imported quite a few Zeds and can tell you that it would be unwise to get anyone to tamper/rewind the mileage reading. As part of SVA conversion the speedo is indeed changed to read in miles from that point on and that should be enough. In terms of verifying the mileage at import, the auction report states the speedo reading in kilometres and that is proof enough for anyone that needs convincing of the true mileage of the car. Good advice.

Someone's been reading EVO... Actually I would have said that the overstyled lights and generally overwrought detailing on the 370Z were quite Hyundai-esqe.

I'm sorry but do nissan know anything about offsets or car stances? A bit off topic but maybe slightly on topic................when I first saw the 350z I instantly thought "I want one of them".........I remember drooling over pictures...........I even went to a dealer, got a sales brochure and read it back to front on a flight to Barcelona. I booked a test drive and drove 80 miles beforehand to pick up my license so that I could take the zed out. I actually even wrote off the zed I was test driving. When i had my kuro zed i remember seeing the UY GT4 with Nismo kit for sale and my heart jumped, I had to have it!!! So whats my point? The point is that I feel none of these things for the 370Z................it looks vile imo......................They have made a big booboo imo......it should be 1300 Kg's and at leats 380+bhp......that would get us zed lovers excited! Sorry for the rant I know what you mean. I was following the Zed long before it was launched over here, truly lusting over it and agonising whether I could afford to take the leap. I couldn't be less excited over this one...
