A lot of guys on the us forums have had problems with the B&M short shifters. Ill look into it a bit more. Lew

Thats a big **** up lol. I know the garage and its a good one. About 10 mins from me. They allways have top sports cars aston's bently's ferrari's etc. They had an aston stole from them a while back. The guy was test driving it and went for a pub lunch with the salesman in the car. halfway through the lunch he snuck out somehow and the car went bye bye. I was looking into getting Nos woth an active controler for a bit. That means it will come in under full acceleration not just when you push the button. It was £1800 for the full install which included a unichip to work out the Air fuel ratio. Lew

Hi there Go for a good Brand with B pilar as i have seen and had cheap crappy ones. Varis are good. The spoiler is made by carbon creations who i used to be a dealer for. I should still be able to find out how much it will be and get a discount though. They do front lips too. seibon now do a carbon lip kit too. Amber performance are there importers. Lew

Just paid my insurance renewal was hoping with 3 years NCD it would be under a grand but best i could do at 21 is £1260 with elephant. Still alot but its getting better. Note for young drivers the only insurers i have found that will quote for under 25s for under 2k are elephant bell and admiral who are all in the same group.

there are loads of for and against arguements for uk and Jdm If you do it yourself you will get a cheap 350z from japan Today i found one with 24k on the clock 6spd manual silver non brembo for £8900 if I import and SVA this car it will be about £10500 at the most. However insurance is more you dont have brembos which to be honest make a big difference also there are many small things like suspension tweaks on the uk models. to get it to uk spek if say 3k more on what would be paid. There is a big saving to be done if you do the leg work. Lew
