  1. It's like going out with a fat woman , they may be a better ride ,but would you want to be seen out with one Hang ona minute, who's having sex with cars if that's what you mean about ride. Not me for one... See http://blackroses.textfiles.com/sex/sex-cars.faq
  2. Mine had the Prodrive upgrade which included removing one of the cats and a Prodrive rear box. Sounded better than a standard Zed IMHO....but agree they are ugly, but rally cars aren't supposed to be pretty are they?
  3. What's wrong with a Scooby. Mine was faster than a Zed and handled better on any average UK road..
  4. This is the second owner, I was the first. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... ink:top:uk
  5. I agree. Let's just hope this increases the pressure on Alonso and continue to affect his performance...
  6. It's a fake but they are really good quality. If got a fake GMT Master I bought from China and it's brilliant. Has a Seiko movement so keeps perfect time and apart from the magnifier being a little off cnetre it's hard to tell. Mine cost me less than £30 though.
  7. Is is this just a case of the boss talking the rap....buck stops here etc. rather than draw attention to Alonso being responsible casusing more controversy.
  8. Read the latest. It says there was AN INTENTION to use Ferrari data and a small competitive advatage in knowing the data may have occured. Doesn't some like a $100 Million Dollar offence to me... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsp ... 995240.stm
  9. Breaking News. The FIA feel that MClaren did use Ferrari data, and have named Del La Rosa and Alonso for snitching on the team. See http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsp ... 995240.stm I guess eventually we will find out technically exactly what MClaren have supposed to have used and assess if they really did benefit. It's interesting to hear that De La Rosa and Alonso had exchanged emails on the subject, (previous announced), and the FIA said they knew that Ferrari secrets had been used. I wonder if this really is true or these 2 guys dissatisfaction with MClaren. How come these 2 "buddies" knew and Hamilton didn't? Back to my original point Alonso is a little SH1T and now so is De La Rosa...
  10. Even funnier if he had no ride nex year...
  11. Jackie Stewart was in the London papers saying how much damage this has caused to F1 by effectively "washing their dirty laundry in public", and I agree. I also agree that it renders the constructors championship pointless and I reckon has damaged Ferrari almost as much as MClaren. as previously said at least Lewis has his points. It will be interesting to see if there is truth in the story that Alonso gave email information demming MClaren to the WMSA. Apprently from an exchange with test driver De La Rosa. If this does prove to be true then what a little SH1T.....and Alonso will prbably be with Renault for next year.
  12. Same design team. Audi own Lambo...
  13. If the lights are anywhere near the exhaust tail pipes then they may be needed, as mine fires out two foot long blue flames out when giving it some beans Bad Italian design. Wouldn't happen on a German Car...
  14. They've ruined a perfectly good looking car with a Vielside style front bumper...IMHO... Why do they need heatproof rear lights? Is this due to re-entry temperatures...

    Maserati 3200

Be aware that most are the CambrioCorsa which is a full SMG gearbox as the 360 Ferrari, therefore expect clucthes to last 15k miles. This is the only downer really and I expect you would get more miles if your cover motorway mostly. Alternatively go for a manual which are supposed to be a bit agricultural but reliable. If you do test drive a CambrioCorsa ask for help on how to use it. You need to back off the gas a little when you change gear to make it smooth.

    Maserati 3200

I very nearly bought a 4200 and had a colleague who had a 3200gt. He loved it even though the engine was plague with problems. The maser purests love the 3200 as it was the last of the Maser engines. Unfortunately major engine problems are not uncommon. The 4200 is a much better bet having a reliable Ferrari V8 with chain cams so no expensive belt replacement and pretty reasonable servicing. I love Masers, they feel bespke, special, hadn built. A class car for class people, if you know what I mean....
  17. Did anyone see "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" the other night? Follow up to Desperado I believe...El Mariachi..
  18. Prefer the old shape. Reminds me of an Omega...
  19. Adlington Massiv!...... A future Darwin Awards Candidate if ever I saw one...
  20. Thant's pretty good value considering there factory warranty too... Not keen on the new shape though. I prefer 2 doors and the coupe look.
  21. If you have any doubts, why not arrange a full day or even better a weekend test. I've done this in the past and you really get to know the car. Short test drives are rubbish.
  22. What Gixxer you got Matey. I used to have a '96 750 SRAD and would love another.
  23. ....it would be debadged very quickly ....perhaps would leave the VXR and the V8 ones I'd look into getting Holden Badges as it is in Oz Land...
  24. Sorry to hear this, but at least he's OK. Ask Tim, (Lomoto), he's in the Bike trade so will be able to advise.
