It's a bumper off job to get the clusters out. As for re-sealing, I think there is a guide somewhere on what sealent etc to use. I suggest use of search function (probably in the Warranty sub forum) Exhaust overspray - use a mild clay bar to start with, and then polish up using autosol

For comparison.... When I span the VXR8 into a curb last December, it resulted in less damage to suspension parts that the pic you have shown, but there was a very slight twisting in the diff sub frame. The twist wasnt noticable when fitted to the car, but when removed and inspected it was clear it was bent out of shape and required replacing.

True. There website seems to sell it quite well, apparently the material it is made from is supposed to be better than the others available on the market. Have you had a remap? No.................. Well for a start, all those claims they make are horse****. The Zed has an intelligent ECU and will dial back any gains in bhp/torque back to OEM. Not that you would get any gains due to heat soak. If you want something for good looks, then I suppose it's fine...although with ARC coming back into business I would wait and get an ARC kit. If you want power gains, then fit an 06+ airbox (or convert pre 06 using rtbiscuits velocity stack kit) and spend what you saved on an UpRev tune at Abbey/Horsham/RS Tuning.

It's just a CAI. There are better kits available in the UK already.

I seem to spot this evrytime I drive down to work, and always around the same place - A14(W) just before it becomes A1(m) - and the same time - 8am ish.

Spotted at sometime between 8 and 9am this morning (cant give any more accurate as I was half asleep) It could well have been my old car actually, think it had an aftermarket fornt nose, but couldnt really tell because of the barrier.
