  7. I dunno mate, but I don't think it's got anything to do with buying a decent bike Thats very true Back on the bike theme though, I have MTB, and I have recently been thinking of getting another set of wheels and tyres.... so if I want to brave the ride to work it will be a little smoother, then just swap back for proper riding

  14. stay on the straight Thanks for that Not all roads in this country were build by the Romans , and thank god... I love my 9 mile drive to work every morning (when I am in the office that is), some of the corners you can take at 60mph.....max .... plus swerving rabbits, squirrels and deer does not help in my quest for uninterrupted music
  15. I have my iPod connected via a tape thingy and have noticed that when I turn a corner at speed (observing the government limit on thta particular road) it will automatically change form side one to side two or vice versa. And no it dosent go from side 1 to side 2 when going left and side 2 to sine 1 when going right Any ideas.... apart from getting a new head unit
  16. I was a little "brown pants"

If you lift the passenger side wiper you will see a Serial Number (VIN number think) thought the blacked out bit (just below where your tax disc should be) the foam bit goes round it.. so you can see it in direct sun light. Also.... make sure they put the wipers back in the right way.... just remembered that
  18. That's what I thought, might have been on a slippery drain cover. Will check on Friday
  19. Same here, I just hear a clunk when reversing, got used to it.... it's still annoying though Tried that, they will just send you a set of rubber shims, which are already on my pads and still have the clunk.... its only in reverse though, and only the rears
  20. Stopped at the shop for a bottle of wine on the way home. Pulled out of of the car park......a little enthusiastically.. as a chav in a not very well blinged golf was glaring at me I slowed to let some on coming traffic through, as I pressed the brake pedal it felt firm to start with, as I pressed more it seemed to disappear and could feel a grinding (no sound) . Tested brakes all the way home a were fine again. Road was dry, I am going to check to see if I was on a drain cover or something..... but just a bit weird. Any one else had something similar?

I will be needing a new one soon thanks to a stone putting a 2cm crack form a lorry. I even moved to the outside lane to avoid him... Bas74rd !! Hey ho
