Have you put a new reg plate on your car recently? As far as I am aware the TFL database is updated from the DVLA..... but dont know how often.

Drive in London for Free Only joking, I would check with the DVLA that they have your car records up to date, then speak to TFL explain the situation and see what they say.

Sounds like your having a bit of a mare To be honest I would get a set of spacers from Zmanalex..... Yes they will be a bit more money, but you will be guaranteed they will fit without issues. With regards to the pads.... I had had Yellow Stuff pads on my car, and if I was to get new then I would get ferodo ones Again PM Zmanalex Your rear pads should last a lot longer that the fronts as far as I am aware, Mine are on about 25K miles and still good
