    Errrrr Dremel? Have you got a pre-06 or post-06 Zed If post, you should not have used a dremel. I just left the strips as they were, so yes if you looked really closely you could see the PCB strip. You could have always run a little hot glue down and round the LED to blur/hide the writing Got any photos?

    No, I stuck the LED strip to the reflector, then drilled a hole just big enough to get the wires through in the top of the clear cover You will see when you get them apart

    Get a Hot Glue Gun whilst your there, as its also very handy for gluing over your solder and to keep everything in place

    Got them from Maplins. They have loads of colours and come in 20cm strips which fit perfectly
