I am in the process of trying to find a replacement OSF wing for my HR. Did you get a good one, and where from if you don't mind me asking? I am torn between OEM and aftermarket. OEM may fit better, but they weren't great quality.

    Cheers,

    John.

We have OEM available here if you want to go with genuine Nissan: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/body-styling/exterior/18701-350z-nissan-oem-front-fender-rh-f3100-cd4ma.html

  3. Hello and welcome!

LS Swaps are common because replacement parts are dirt cheap and more power is also dirt cheap. Not for me personally, I'd rather Twin Turbo or stick something like a 1J in it like you said but everyone's different. Car scene would be boring if everyone did the same thing ;)

  4. The clutches are exactly the same between UK models and imports, the pivot ball is slightly different on 2003 models (it's the longer version).

We would recommend the JWT kit if you're not too bothered about some slight chatter on idle and at low RPM's.

    Available here: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/clutch-flywheel-packs/664-350z-de-jwt-jim-wolf-technology-flywheel-and-clutch-kit-26lb-nodular-flywheel-and-900kg-clutch-l3503-ncfsd.html

For the most OEM sound and feel, you can go for the JWT clutch paired with a LUK dual mass flywheel.

    Here: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/clutch-flywheel-packs/245693-350z-de-z33-wt-clutch-kit-with-luk-dual-mass-flywheel-trq-vqde-jwt-luk.html

Feel free to drop me a message if you have anymore questions.

  5. Looks like on this specific intake it requires removing those 4 screws on the back.

That being said, most cone filters use a band/clamp design. You may need to order a filter from the same company that made the intake for it to work.

If you send me a PM with any markings and part numbers, I can do my best to see if we can help with a replacement for you.

  6. Hi Guys,

Pleased to announce we have finally tested and therefore listed our all new 350z and 370z TORQEN Modular Y-pipes.

This version features V-Bands, a 3 inch module and some insane welds using 304 Stainless Steel.

Currently 10% off for pre-orders, expecting the first batch around October/November.

Modules to be listed in the coming days, I will update the post with links to these once finalised

Any questions, as always, feel free to drop me a message.

  7. I class Goodwood as one of, if not, the best show of the year. In fact, I'm pretty sure people globally do, whenever I mention it to someone in the USA - they can only dream to visit Goodwood.

As much as I love smaller shows, it's undeniable Goodwood is huge. People visit from all over Europe.

Hypercars worth 10's of millions pooled together on display, a whole rally stage, there is something there for everyone.

It's less of an individual 'community' event as such, you can't have a 'club stand' at Goodwood which is probably why you don't see many posts in here. That being said, have some photos below I took this year.

Just to chip in, if anyone is on the fence about them - I've got an old Vipec ECU that runs on the Link G4+ platform, it's seriously good and the UI of their software is friendly.
Their forum is really useful, and plenty of active users willing to help
It's well worth learning a bit about them, and in this instance I'd recommend Evans Performance Academy over HPA (or both to plug any gaps).

Thanks for your input mate ❤️ Hope you've been keeping well since we last spoke!

  10. Personally, I'd choose manual if it's a weekend warrior, much more involvement in driving the car. Although, I have heard the auto gearbox is also decent.

It's more of a personal preference thing as well as depending on what you actually use the car for, there's no right or wrong answer to your question.
