  1. The iso adapter you used is that for the Bose system? I had the same issue I bought an adapter from halfrauds but then had to buy a £30 adapter from this really good place on the internet (which I currently can’t remeber where is ) I also had to solder the wire for the remote on the steering wheel and volume etc
  2. Love a blue Z, nice work coming back to the dark side we have milk and cookies!
  3. So sorry mate I looked and thought the paintwork was amazing!

    Louvers

What sort of experience do people have with rear window louvers? Quality, price fitting etc etc, there’s a chap selling some carbon styled louvers on eBay for £250 just a bit hit or miss? I know tarmac Sportz have recently just finished their own ones just wanted some more info cheers ( picture just an insight)
  7. Wish I could come, have fun everyone hope the weather holds out!
  8. Cheers chap, she’s my favourite colour too apart from the grey, you’ll get there eventually! Yep I’ll keep updating it as I go mate.
  9. I was with Hastings direct last year which gave me a good price and initially this year they sent me a renewal at a shockingly high price, went online and got an amazing price from AQA for £460 and then Hastings pretty much matched it so a big shoutout to those two!
  10. Hello there! yes there’s plenty of really good guides on here and the guys know what they’re doing! As Al said just be careful plenty out there have been abused and only get one you feel certain on!
  11. Dude so jealous I really want the Nismo rear bumper but I like the look of the ts diffuser apart from the I guess spats on either side, you got a picture of yours?
  12. Yeah mate id pretty certainly say that a wheel bearing, if you get chance jack it up safely at the back end etc so both wheels are off the ground (axle stands are friends not spectators) rotate a wheel at a time by hand and hold onto the damper/ shocker should feel vibrations or you can hear it if they’re really bad, couldn’t find the video I wanted that was hilarious but here’s one which is just as good just depends how handy you are mate, just be safe aha and I own nothing to do with this video etc
  13. Hi mate welcome azure is favourite colour! does the whirring get louder and more aggressive when you accelerate? There’s a step by step guide somewhere I’ll have a look for you tonight
  14. Haha cheers mate, I’ve been thinking about both bumpers skirts and front lip and diffuser, when you say bumper cut have you got any pictures?
  15. Tbh if it’s just the outer sheaths to the flexis and just a bit more than surface corrosion on the flange you’ll still most likely be alright for a long while, our lads just advise things to cover themselves obviously it’s all down to their own interpretation. My flexis look like they’re not even trying to hold together but internals are fine haha! but if you’re looking for an excuse to upgrade I’m completely with you!
  16. Thankyou guys yes I do love the azure blue makes it for me, and cheers yes I wanted something that shaped with the body added something to the back end
  17. Hope I’ve not spammed too much! cheers for the kind words guys look forward to being more a part of the forum where I can be! cheers guys
  18. Decided on some new wheels but saving up for these 7twenty style 42s, also up to date replaced some the rear tyres with some Falken azenis 510s and also painted the logos so people know I can’t afford continentals haha!
  19. Finally decided to spruce up some of the interior by painting the silver trim on the dials as felt it was just a bit boring so I also did the gearstick surround and the the dash trim in graphite black
  20. Another minor detail issuing poorboys wheel wax! And a couple of upskirt shots
  21. Needed to replace rear discs and pads so went all out and went for EBC yellow stuff and drilled and grooved as you do. The Z deserves the best! Became well acquainted with a common problem to the brembos over a certain age! The shim plates rising due to salt corrosion as the paints come off the calipers
  22. Asked my boss to paint the spoiler for me and help me fit it which was a pain in itself as we did it without using a stencil to mark the holes and run the brake light wiring
  23. Changed the spoiler to a Nismo v2 supplied from tarmac Sportz and did a full detail to give her the love she needed
