The track time is showing sold out when purchasing a Club Stand ticket. But when you purchase a normal ticket there are loads of sessions available. Anyone know why this is? Update: You can buy a club stand ticket then purchase the track time through the public booking page.

I thought nobody died, only people were injured. Hope there were no fatalities. Agree with everyone saying pretty much everyone is at some way at fault here. I wonder if anyone will be punished, everyone who goes to the kinds of meets always moans about the high amount of police presence. It's pretty clear why the police are there, to try and stop these things from happening.

Politics and terrible aero regulations aside, I enjoyed watching Hamilton and Vettel battle in the first half of the 2018 season. Hope for another season like that with Bottas and Leclerc getting involved too. It's annoying how Silverstone might not be on the calendar next year but they have already confirmed a Vietnam Grand Prix. I can't imagine a season without a British Grand Prix but there aren't any other tracks to host it in the UK. I just don't want Mercedes to run away with championship, would like it to be close near the end of the season.

Hi guys, I have this device in my center console and was wondering what it is? Was going to install some cup holders and just wanted to know what this was before I took it out. Did a search for the part number and nothing really came up. Maybe something to do with a phone system? Thanks, Wrenny

Thanks to all that organised the event! Was a great first event. Track time was a blast, new michelins performed well. Saw a blue 350z brake down in the 10am session though hope it wasn't anything major.

If I get to Silverstone area for around 8am would that leave enough time with the queues and traffic? Takes around an hour to get to the track from my house, and was planning on leaving around 7am. Or is that too late?

So to confirm, we arrive and park up. Then when our track time comes we drive to track time parking and do the briefing, go out on track then come back to our club stand spot?
