Every Zed I've had in my garage has been too low for the rollers anyway. But it depends on the garages equipment, some rolling roads can do LSD and 4WD as the rollers adjust direction accordingly.

I will walk with customers to there car if i want to show them something, or if they ask. They can go in the workshop but under my terms. Anyone that just walks in gets asked nicely to leave and go to reception where i do the workshop version of **** block them

With ac regas I tend to rev to 2-3k to make sure compressor is engaging and temp drops significantly. I do that on the forecourt. We road test everything that has had the wheels off.

Its normally down to the centre manager to contact the customer and deal with the rescue...not that i ever get complaints lol.

unfortunately it happens, at indi and large chains, every one employed is an individual and has the potential to be a douche. Id instantly dismiss any of my techs not respecting a customers car. I agree with rabbitstew about the tools too.

I don't, im used to ignoring it now. It was odd at first, like a big kid i was hypnotised by the little tv lol. Didnt know i could turn it off like that. I turned the mic off so my singing cant be heard in court haha
