    Have you thought about doing it in reverse. Buy a Cat C or D zed, carefully take it to bits ,refurb the bits to a high standard and flog them on. That way you'll learn about the car you own, and when stuck you can LOOK at the good one. (look but don't touch though )

    I'll look after the old uns for you Graham. (your in trouble with Mr E now ) We have a meeting at the Morton at 9am Sunday morning then going to do the full Sunday run. Of course we are only doing it to check the road conditions and check the times for lunch, re-grouping, wee stops and places for those who wish to leave early.

    Not at all, the any type of lube will do I treat my seals with gummipfledge +1 ^^^^^^ that's the same stuff I use. Better for a car used by a lady, as no oil,WD40 etc. to get out of clothes if they happen to touch the rubber. (two women in our house,that's why I use gummmyyyyy) Edit. The window can also be adjusted,it's in the guides somewhere.

    As Colin says, his look wraps like new. Pretty sure Rich 'rtbisciut' tried lacquering just to see how it turned out. It filled the little indentations and looked a bugger if I remember right. There might be a thread about it.
