  1. I have the original kit they done with the plastic x stuff and the drill polisher attachment. Have to say though a similar machine polisher attachment and some t cut can achieve the same finish. Work3d wonders on my clio 182 and my last 350z
  2. Are those replics Bently wheels
  3. Pilot sports are damn fine tyres. Had then on my little clio 182 beater and that thing stuck like glue in the corners.
  4. Crazy mofos. Mental the price of the s2000 these days. Always fancied one
  5. So much fun in the snow
  6. Thanks for the reply. Probably should of just done these to begin with
  7. Did the new arms cure the knock? Interested to know as new bushes were fitted to my last zed and new drop links but the knock was still there over slow bumpy road. So seeing if the knackered balljoints and cones could actually be that loud
  8. Is this fairly straight forward on the brembos? I was thinking maybe change the fluid as well then bleed the system
  9. Is it normal for the brakes to feel a bit spongy the following day? I followed the bed In process (10 hard/firm stops 60 - 10) then cool then repeat another set once more. Got the nice grey blue tinge over the discs. Next day however noticed the brakes felt worse than what they were before bedding in? (Done aprox 200 miles originally just light braking to get the coating off first). Don't know what up.

putting body kits on cars these days can be risky but that looks really decent
  11. Excellent condition only tiny marks and one bit of touched up curbing. £150 collection or can be posted if courier is arranged. Located in Edinburgh
  12. For anyone whith same issue just unbolt the lot. Job done
  13. Since getting the cobra exhaust fitted I could hear a sort of knocking noise coming from it somewhere... My first thoughts were the brace underneath but there's a good two inches of clearance thanks to th cobras design. However I did notice this bit at the rear hanger. You can see the hanger is resting on it but as far as I can see that Whole bit unbolts. Just wondered what it was before I remove it? Doesn't seem like that bit does anything?
  14. Sorted. Drop link wasn't on properly! After all that it's finally fixed. What a nightmare
  15. Changed the front near banana arm and it's still creaking loud and has a metallic rattling over bumps. Letting the garage have a poke about see what they think. Strange. Getting my lolly bushes out into the new arm at least...
  16. It comes under "navi" in device connection. It's an actual add on for the headunit apparently. Wired in. I usually just use my phone as well to be honest because it works through the Bluetooth... but the other one is handy when you're in the middle of bumf**k nowhere and can't get any 4G. Generally quite a lot when your roaming the back roads of Scotland
  17. Well I managed to sort it! There was no power going to the little navi box that was hiding under where the gearstick plastic is! Done the old unplug and plug back in the power went back. Then you just hit "mode". What a pain that has been. What's the app? Will have a look. Says it needs updating or somthing
  18. Bought the car with this headunit installed. Everything seems to work fine on it bar the satnav add on (comes up as NAVI in the setting) Problem is I can't get the damn thing to show up on it anymore! It was fine before.. the guy turned it on and showed me how to make sure it was selected in the settings as an input and it worked the first day I drove the car home but that was the last time it worked. Can't for the life of me figure it out or see it in the menu anymore. Is there some special trick to getting this to appear back?
  19. Was actually quite surprised seeing that someone went to the effort of changing the bushes first for some polly efforts (if they are indeed that? )... Cars only got 55k on clock and totally standard!
  20. I'm guessing since those are prolly bushes of some sort then it's 99% likely going to be the balljoint??. Will be fun trying to find a garage round Edinburgh to do all that
  21. Thread resurrection.... These are mine. They don't look standard and both seem ok but I've got the dreaded knocking/creaking coming from the front left. Replaced the drop links but it's still there... Thinking it could be ball joint or maybe arb bushes?
  22. If it's still clunking/knocking though then surly that must mean that the ball joint on the arm is the problem ? What about top mounts etc or are her normally ok? If that (assuming it is one) polly bush is alright could it be easily pressed out and swapped to the new compression arm?
  23. That's what I thought?! Looks nothing like the bush on the replacement arm I got. Makes me wonder what the hell the noise is then? They don't look worn out really
  24. Since I've been doing so much research on the old compression arms etc, just went and had a look under the car and I don't think my bushes are standard?! They're black im sure but are they pollybushes?!
