Well my 2 peneth worth is. If you like it and it seems like a good buy, then get it or bid on it as long as the work has been done properly it shouldn't cause you any problems. Don't worry about resale value, enjoy the car. As @davey_83 says any car can becom a cat s or n or c or d at any time through no fault of our own. It's like owning a car and not driving it as it will possibly depreciate go figure.
