  1. Ohhh so he can have his fun but you cant. Its sounds personal lol....Motorbike....cant imagine its an electric one and quiet. The Ferrari might have triggered him. Some people are happy when they think theyre doing better than others. Then as you said their tone changes when they see you changed car or youre related to a guy that has a Supercar. Not saying its not noise related but it could partly be other things as well Do you drive off immediately i did with the Z didn't stop someone calling parking enforcement though
  2. If he hits you he,ll never work outside a minimum wage job again. He needs to do what his fellow pilots did during covid. Get a job in retail or delivery that requires being up early. Idle hands brings out the devil in people. Im getting another car soon....Neighbours made noise for 7 months not caring and their enablers were all in. They even bought out the parking attendants for a few seconds parking so theres a lot of haters around. Theyre the biggest motivation going. How is he able to live there without working.... England seems to be one of the countries you can live in a nice place without a job......to the point ppl who work are wondering why they're killing themselves.....He needs to get a job, sign up to a course and mind his business. He should move out if he doesn't like the noise. If he's renting should be easy enough. On the flip side these cars werent made for terraced housing or the block. More detached house within its own land It is what it is. Neighbours make noise my snitch neighbour has a loud quad bike and im ready to report him if i get reported on. We can all report each other till the cabinet bursts
  3. Just wondering why this feature was limited to a few minutes. I think this should be bought back. It reduces the need to open up new threads related to similar topics. Also less need to contact mods to correct schoolboy errors. Worth considering. Thanks
  4. I aint going anywhere put the kettle on. @Stutopia please lock
  5. Ill take the exhaust off you for little over what you paid for it. Not full price.
  6. Taken off working 370Z and ordered from Lithuania breakers not China. Useful to getting out of a breakdown so you can remove the fuse. £100. Save £800 at the dealers. Wasnt required as I just had a flat battery
  7. Hi @Stutopia can you move this thread to "for sale" please.
  8. Yeah with so many accidents, a small tv station is not willing to take those risks anymore. Flintoff has been warned many times by producers and health and safety but he always pushes the boundaries. Like going beyond the speed limit within certain vehicles. So the bosses have had enough i reckon.
  9. On Ebay for £120 but can do £100 on this. May need new seals when fitting as the ones on there are old. Pick up only.
  10. Its all banter plus Z gone at a loss. This kit has been sold to Andy. Mods please lock.
  11. You should have bought mine. Although i started to develop a rattle around the passenger rear speaker area. Possibly a loose connection to the speaker or loose trim.....Early pre 2012 models suffered steering lock issues and oil gallery gasket. I did buy a spare steering lock but decided to just remove the fuse. 370 has advantage of more grip in the back. More power and torque. The auto does 0-60 in 4.7 with best tires. Its more refined and very analogue. Its a classic auto although the sequential is the wrong way round. It picks up quick and theres no fuss. Its a fast car with lots of character. Dashing looks and suitable for people up to 6 foot 4 at most. You can recline the seats. Depending on your budget you should look at late 2012 onwards. Face lifts are from late 2013 onwards. They have come down a bit in price. 16k and up should get you a facelift.
  12. Torque Converter M2 for me is tempting id give a go then trade it after 6 months. Then be looking at the older V8 Jags SVR for slightly less as theyve flatlined a bit depreciation wise. Or new shape Mustang V8 to keep as the m2 would be less dramatic being turbo i6 and 460hp but much heavier than previous gen 25kg shy of gtr weight. The jag is 500 ft lbs 575hp, AWD and got that noise..its weight is a limiting factor to making it a Supercar imo During covid GTR MY 17 facelift was starting from 57k they're now 65k up to 100k.... So id stick to the V8. Prices are compressed a bit for GTR as less ppl are buying. Maintenance is off putting. I asked a mate about GTR he said hell no....Lol...V8 itch to scratch i think.
  13. Functional though. My mate just came with a mk1 Nismo and had Stoptech cross drilled discs. Theyre like £750 a pair. £1500 all round he got them with brakes pads, lines, fluid chucked in. Thats GTR brake money....If youre tracking sure but theyre overkill for street driving. Also can crack. Slotted discs are safer bet.
  14. The report said its more expensive than BMW M2 by $2,000 👀
  15. OEM + is the safest bet. Residential compliant ✅ Sporty sound ✅ Less drone and humming ✅ Neighbours less likely to report ✅ Noise cameras ✅ blowing up tunnels ✖️ Moving traffic ✖️ Excess Rattling ✖️ Yeah id get the Gemini too
  16. Wow 80,000 CAD. Shocking stuff. 65k in US is crazy when the performance is 50k without markup. I wonder what the differences are between the performance and Nismo, aside from horsepower and an AMG esq gearbox
  17. Reminds me of DVLA. They think its the same car
  18. The car youre building now is a manual? Yeah Nissan say its a closed unit. Then again I dont trust Nissan lol...as many have improved the car from OEM. Its not necessary but I would say optional. Some Americans have gone as far as filled it 3 times and driven 5 miles between to fully flush the oil. Seems overkill. Other have changed it every 10k miles. The oil looks like black coffee apparently although not burnt at decent miles (50K) if never changed. The guys on the American Forums who have changed the oil around 30,000 Mile intervals say it improves the way it behaves. So looks like if youre handy with DiY youd be better off getting a 20 litre ATF and doing a refill running it a couple of miles and drain and fill just to clear the old oil. Some have failed in the states. But thats the same country having spoken to a guy that fried his engine in a near new Nismo doing burnouts and Nissan saw on Youtube and rejected the warranty claim. Lol. Good old Instagram days. 370z automatic transmission fluid change schedule - Nissan 370Z Forum (the370z.com)
  19. Yeah I saw on your video. Thats crazy though. Im glad i didnt face those issues with the Nismos. Although had a slipping clutch on the 5 month old 17 plate lol which Nissan didnt want to know. It was well documented online on the American forums...The mechanic was told to find any reason to dismiss me during the test drive. Then they moved to Exedy in 18. If there was nothing wrong why did they change to Exedy in 18 lol Lol that's when i knew never deal with Nissan for after sales or warranty lol
  20. I doubt it, as the auto can have issues as well with lag, shifting when cold and with clutch slip etc which would require an Auto Tranny Specialist to look at. if constantly raced or pushed they develop wear as well. A used unit is around £1500+, brand new porbably almost double. They are reliable if not abused and looked after. I dont think theyre necessarily made to take constant abuse. Whereas a manual with uprated clutch and cylinder would be more durable. Just depends.
