For sale refurbished Competition Clutch Stage 6 friction disc,pressure plate and release bearong Friction disc has been professionally renewed with puck's made from kevlar instead of original sinter. Kevlar has show much more nicer for every day use plus durability is more higher than sinter and also more gentle for pressure plate. Pressure plate has aroun 13k miles and is in good working order. Only reason i am selling is that my car is boosted and clutch start slipping around 590 bhp and 600 NM of torque so i went with JWT clutch. Puck's and pressure plate together with bearing have only done dyno run after refurbishment and 150 km of road. Item located in Zagreb Croatia Price 300 gbp.   12. Hm.... Same like im reading mine issues. As well i did replaced my OEM radiator, fan shrouds, thermostat and radiator cap with Mishimoto ones. My car is as well boosted. Same issues i was facing. As soon as i start pushing car to rev limiter 3 4 5 gear I ve start having rpm cut due to Haltech monitoring coolant temp and going over 100 °C. First i replaced thermostat and put OEM one. I was thinking that solved problem but... Again issues as soon as I start pushing car rev cut appeara and coolant gauge starts going up. Replaced radiator cap with Oem one. Again drained the car with that Jar you mount onto your radiator similar to what Keyser is mentioning. All appeared ok. I did 400 km run all seemed well. And than again rev cut. All this was already start becoming a real pain in the butt. Again came to garage and again drain. Yesterday i borrow a test kit for blown head gaskets. Tested car repeatedly in all condition maybe 20 times all results where negative. Again hook up that jar and lifted the front of the car in the air and let it run for a while with heater on reving it up and again after all this draining it was still releasing air. In one momet it just blew huge blast of water over jar. We cool down the car added coolant and drain again. Well i was thinking and hopping it was ok until i start pushing car last nite and again rev cut. I went mental. Took dinner and after glass of wine i took car for punishment. Same problem rev cut which means coolant temp high. I filled in some gas went back home and in one moment I feel im flying 6 speed no rev cut i look speedo and i was over last digits. I was suprised that it didnt rev cut again. I have noticed from all this draining it was not moving needle from it usual position like when it was stock. Will test again today and see how to we stand. From my side i only don't have that pressure like you do in expansion jar or cap. Its all normal here Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  14. Than is new one plug n play. Will test my coolant liquid for presence of Co2 on Monday. I did tighten head gaskets on cold. And than following day removed heads as they where leaking on test. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  15. Well engine was rebuilded with brand new parts. As for Mishimoto and shrouds, new silicone hoses, new water OEM pump. How can I know if the shrouds are newer or older type. As i see booth of them are working as they are taking air from outside over radiator instead blowing on them. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  16. Nothing much here going on. Parked Z in garage. Im am having some issues with coolant temperature. I have tried numerous times to drain the system. Recently after 400 km trip as well with that drain bowl you can screw onto your radiator. Again few boubles came out. I dont know. I will try ordering Nismo thermostat and replacing the second thermostat located at the back of the engine and replacing radiator cap with Nismo one. Hope that will help with this. Bit strange booth of my buddies are running oem radiator with oem fan shroud on similar hp and more. And im the only one facing this problems running on Mishimoto larger radiator and fan shrouds as well Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  18. From what I can see it looks good. I do love looking at engines. Probably not going to seek 700+ whp and run it at something well withing it's tolerances. 550whp say. Just for peace of mind as I don't want to be without the Z for so long like. This 12 months without it have been terrible. 600 and odd crank horsepower is plenty, I'm sure. Honestly till now except highway straights i haven't been able to use mine 640 hp. I wish I had access to a garage and had your technical abilities, it'd be a lit quicker! Well i have only access to garage. My technical abilities are poor but im just good pain in the butt for my buddies which booth have Z. One is mastermind for mechanical stuff and other for ECU. So a lot of things i pick up from them.
