  1. EBC yellow stuff in combo with EBC GD rotors, for me excellent for fast road driving. I still haven't manage to push them to limit on the road. Cold bite also very very good. No squealing only bit dusty Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  2. Well initially i wanted to go with candy red/blue. But than price for painting candy color was 450 gbp for set. Which didn't make sense as it was almost the same cost of wheels. E.G rear wheels 10x18 cost me with delivery 250 gbp brand new. Same was with bronze. All the bronze color which are looking nice are using same method of painting like candy color. Now im close to capital Zagreb. Dubrovnik if on very south around 600 km from me. Ah power. After Cosworth screwed me over with that Kelford cams i haven't settle for any numbers yet. Last was 1.2 bar 580 bhp. But due to Cosworth cams issues engine is parted again. Hopefully by the end of next week will see final numbers Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  3. It a strange color. Its going from dark to shine depends from sunlight. This was an quick few picture. Once i clean the car i will make a proper pics. I was looking also bronze but more i look less i know so i went for this semi mate gold Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  5. No dispute on that. I think i won't have any doubts on performance parts anymore. It will be Jwt and nothing else. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  6. I think i will never again buy any part coming with Cosworth name. Feel disappointed with all this and cheated at bottom of the line. Im stuck now with Kelford cams carrying Cosworth name. Also now i need to wait for this end caps/plugs to arrive which of course nobody knows when are they going to arrive. So i will take matter in my hands and make this plugs/cap for cams. Personally if i have a money on stack i would throw them in garbage bin and go with stock cams since i doubt on twin turbo application they will make any significant difference Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  7. Sadly I can imagine them doing this as they do it with other components ! I'd personally have gone with BC or JWT. I really hope something is sorted out for you man Sadly i really think this is going to be pain in the butt to sort out. Due to their name i have a feeling that they will try to ignore this. Ignoring me from loop of e mail i have sent them is enough for me. So much about customer support Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  8. I really can't belive that Cosworth is trading this way. Stamping other cams with their name. And now who is going to take responsibility for this. Cosworth, Cosworth USA or Kelford. I think when it come to spare parts than JWT is the way to go for Z Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  9. Interesting... Cosworth is keeping me out of loop of conversation. I got this reply from seller "Hi Ivan, James came back to me yesterday with the following info. Cosworth USA purchased these cams from a company called Kelford in New Zealand in January 2014 - Kelford manufactured them to Cosworth specs. I have sent an email to Kelford explaing the problem and asked if they can help. No reply so far, but when I hear, I will get back to you. Best regards, Mark" Not what i was expecting from Cosworth... I could have purchased Chinese cams this way... Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  10. Don't know what to say ot think. Just waiting to see what Cosworth has to say about it. If they reply at all Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  11. Well just to share this here. As all of you are familiar with my build and on Friday car was ready for final dyno run.... But... Since we put car together and since first dyno bed in process we noticed difference in mixture between Bank 1 and Bank 2. On idle was ok but it grew more and more with RPM's. This problem started being more noticed how engine did more miles. On Friday i went for wheel alignment b4 last dyno. Although car was on low boost due to this issue 0.3 bar i can notice that something is not right. Took car to garage and we start thinking. We start dismounting engine and start testing all. Injector teste all ok, sparks tested all ok, valve tolerance perfect, wide band sensors tested all ok, wide band controller all ok, swap ecu for another Halteck ecu ok, check the fuel lines, rails, regulator all ok. We measure pressure in all cylinders. 14.2 bar pressure inside all 6 cylinders. Identical and flawless. After all this we start suspecting on Cosworth camshaft set ZK1 cams as nothing else had any sence and we ruled out any logical explanation. So we took out cams and we something to see. 3 of 4 cams came without plug/covers on the end. I purchased this from ebay from UK seller extreme automotive. Cams came in original packaging brand new never used. There is no trace that someone was messing with this caps most probably they left factory with caps missing. You can say it's our mistake also not to check this but when having components with Cosworth name on it there is not much to look at. I send email to Cosworth but still no reply. Seller has replied and backed up text with serial number of cams. Here are pictures of Cosworth vs Oem with caps. Hard for me to believe this happened with Cosworth cams. 12. Quaife. All clutch plate diff weren't available on stock. So to save time and i went for Quaife Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk Brilliant. It's what I'm planning to do a bit later in the year. I'd love to get some detailed feedback from you on how you think it performs Sure will revert after some miles Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  14. Heheh I need to buy Invidia cause this Japspeed is not going to last long. Well wish you that all goes well and without any issues. It will be a real fun car once you finish. A lot of fun Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  17. Finally decided to catch up with rear subframe. I had energy suspension bushing sitting on shelf for a while. So took yesterday all down. A lot of job but what a hell. Will also paint the diff cover Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  19. Hopefully by the end of the week we should be again on dyno and see what we can see on 1.5 1.6 bar of boost. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  20. So. JWT clutch has arriverd together with organic plate and bearing and tomorrow will be up. Also once JWT is ok car we will take rear subframe and change all bushings with Energy suspension ones. Also diff will be dismantled and awaiting Quaife which should arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday from Tarmac Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah. Thanks to my buddy who is doing remap. Well i have tried car only on low boost due to pressure plate is not holding well and clutch is slipping so i didn't want to burn friction disc. But from this small test drive on low boost car is acting phenomenal. I was afraid that there will be lag and sudden kick of boost. Feeling is completely opposite. Car is acting like it has a huge NA engine like 6000 or 8000 liters. Still plenty grunt in bottom as i was afraid due to low compression pistons and cams it might become numb. It just feels like b4 but multiplied by 10. I believe car will be awesome to drive and this increase of power will very usable Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

  24. In my case friction plate lasted 10k miles on Na mode. B4 this built or better to say after disassembling engine and seeing friction plate it was was renewed by kevlar plates. Simply durability was very low 10k only and now pressure plate is letting go on 600Nm and this is stage 6. So which stage do i need than from Competition clutch, maybe stage 10 😂 Anyway going now with JWT and organic friction plate Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  25. Yup it really suchs. Im not happy at all with Competition clutch. It lasted 10k miles on stock engine. Anyway friend has 720 hp on stock clutch with this JWT pressure plate. Rated at 1200 kg Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
