  1. 350z sounds much better then the m3. My sister has a e46 m3 and the sound of it is the one thing she hates about it.
  2. This was me yaa sorry i didnt stop i was on a promise haha
  3. The lights do seem to be brighter now and have a crisp line between light and darkness when there on. I never really had a problem with the older xenons and the only reason i got them was to update the front end a bit and because they were so cheap. All in all these cost me 35 pounds after i sold my old lights on ebay .
  4. Smart looking car. In the best colour .
  5. I paid £330 for my 06+ (genuine) headlights including ballasts. Straight plug and play no issues. Sold my old xenons for 295 on ebay. So cost me 35 pounds really. Just need to keep your eye out as they dont hang around when they are for sale.
  6. I done the 06+ headlight swap on my 53 plate gt with xenons standard and it was straight plug and play if the new lights come with the ballasts and bulbs like mine did. not had any issues all i did was unbolt the old lights then fitted the new ones . Best £330 pound ive spent on it so far . If u dont have factory xenons standard it wont be as straight forward as plug and play .
  7. Mines on 132k with the original clutch .
  8. I had this issue couldn't find movement on any end until i removed the arm . There was a small amount of play in the ball joint so i replaced the whole arm. This is what i found when i removed the dust cover of the old knackered arm. Sounded exactly like this when it was on the car too. hope this helps.
  9. That colour looks awesome. Also supercharger and bay looks sweet too! Great work
  10. Mine was spinning just like yours i undid it about two turns and it kept spinning . I just got a long breaker bar and wedged it at the back of the arch (watching out for pipes ect make sure u put it on solid metalwork). I literally pushed down as hard as i could on top off the ball joint end while someone undid the nut. Doing this will push the taper of the ball joint down into the hub and stopping it from spinning. Also try cleaning the threads up before removing the nut too so its easier to undo. Hope this helps
  11. I used a long bar on mine and levered the balljoint end of the arm down while someone undid the nut. Worked perfectly for me when mine was spinning . Hope this helps
  12. Thanks for ur reply. Yeah its strange how its still starts and drives perfectly. Everyone ive seen online with the same fault codes have problems starting and idle and i don't. Il wait to see if the codes pop up again then take it to be looked at properly. Im hoping its just sensors at fault .
  13. Yesterday while driving the 350z i had the eml come on the esp and the skid/slip light. Had the codes read today and here's what come up. P0011 bank cam position timing P0022 bank 2 cam position timing C1130 fuel cut Can anyone help with what these issues can be and what i need to fix/replace The car still runs and drives great and ive reset the lights and they haven't come back yet but if there is a problem id like to fix it sooner rather then later. Any help will be appreciated . Thanks .
  14. Looks smart good work
  15. I had the same problem but drivers side. This is what i found when i took the dust cover off my old banana arm ball joint . Sounded just like this when it was on the car too.
