Yeah mike helped the first time and we ended up with about 8 people.. took us around 8 hours lmao! second time round was easier just 2 people and just over 2 hours. I only had the car about 3 feet off the ground to do it if that, i had all 4 corners up,its just take out the drive shaft literally unbolt the box and things around it, remove it and put the clutch in then reverse it lol.
