You won't have to mod anything with those dampers from eBay but as ZEUS mentioned try contacting 14N on here as quite a few of us have bought bonnet struts from him that work great and are identical to the circuit sports ones but without the hefty price tag. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79733-fs-350z-carbon-bonnet-dampers-75-deliv/ Think he might be getting a few more in but you'd need to PM him to check and be quick as they don't hang around long.

Good choice there aiden. Desey if you do get the unsilenced de-cats just get a pair of ear defenders as well and problem solved.

^^ Think anyone that visits Essex probably has.

I'm glad I'm not alone then in hating that prat. Hope you didn't get any blood on the Zed. That is a proper mod though.

I do the same thing. Got nothing to do this weekend & nowhere to be but f**k it if I'm not still going to take my Mrs out in the Zed just for the hell of it. Yep, me too. Was only going to the shop for a paper.. had to take it for a super-blat via the dual carriageway! Totally unnecessary BUT NECESSARY!!

Yeah you can... Anyway, back on topic (briefly), I used to use the Z daily... right up until I started working from home. It's just not worth getting in the car for that commute any more. I will still drive the Z any time I can I can think of an excuse to though. The Megs is great though for the price you pay. I make up any excuse to drive my Zed ~ usually things like: I'm drying the brakes off after it's been washed or recharging the battery otherwise it'll go flat.

It's rubbish sorry ZEUS imo. It's almost like it's entirely aimed at 13 year old school children now. The music is ok for the most part but can't stand some of the radio DJ's like; Fearn Cotton (thinks shes still 17 ~ will not stop saying cool & babbling sh*t) and also that Nick Grimshaw (who on earth wants to wake up listening to that whiny prat). And another thing....

Thieving scumbags. Sorry the bikes are gone & they spoiled your spray job. Just a few ideas; Failing those a good fire door with high security locks and an alarm. As Will said, most crims run a mile once they've triggered an alarm.

^^ I've got the exact same wallet. "Bad Mother f**ker" Haven't seen anyone else with it and bought mine in the 90's from the back of a magazine (think it was in Viz). Classic. Nice valve caps too. Radio One is just utter cr*p so I'm glad you can at least get other stations SHEZZA plus the RDX stubby looks cool on the Zeds.

I know. Parked it like that to give maximum room in case anyone parked next to me so hopefully they wouldn't dent my passenger door. Was careful when I left though and managed not to kerb the alloy. Anyway going to get the alloy wheels refurbed later this year sometime so after that I won't be parking near any kerbs.

Nothing special but just a lovely day today down in Barry.

That's sad as they don't look half bad. Oh well if it's not meant to be. Good luck with the search.

For Zeds running standard size 18" tyres then Yes. Other cars with different size tyres then no. iv always gone with that rule :-/ so in that case iv got 275/30/20s on my zed should that still be the same :-D ? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Just did a quick search on google and from what I can find it seems that most people with 275/30/20's are running around 38-40PSI with that set up. Below are just some of the quotes from various owners clubs with owners running the same tyre set up. Obviously vehicle weights will differ but I'd maybe have a search yourself on google to see if you can find any info from 350Z owners running the same wheel/tyre set up. Personally though I'd imagine 34-35PSI might be a little low for your 20's and going by the +2PSI per inch rule you should be running around 39PSI which would tally with what I'm finding on the net. Hope that helps.

Nice Vid Stevo... +1.

I guessed it was probably a Tom Jones song.

Happy Birthday. Enjoy your day.

Looks great. Really like the front splitter and the painted door handles.

Oil: 5W30 fully synthetic. Personal choice but I use Fuchs Titan Race Pro S from Opie Oils a trader on here; http://www.opieoils....ce-engines.aspx http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82345-buy-5l-fuchs-titan-race-get-1l-free/ Best place to buy parts: so many good traders on here to choose from. I've used Tarmac Sportz and Horsham Developments but see here for the full list; http://www.350z-uk.c...sional-traders/ Bose skipping CD player: http://www.350z-uk.c...ce-10-discount/ Most people just upgrade though to a new head unit of their own choice. I have a 6.5" touch screen Pioneer CD/DVD HU that is great imo. Fuel: Always use Super Unleaded and nothing else!! I use Texaco Super Unleaded as it's my local garage but Shell V-Power Nitro when I can get it. http://www.350z-uk.c...-zed-on-95-ron/ Wheels & tyres: So many choices on wheels it is unbelievable and all personal choice ~ tyres though try to use Michelin Pilot Super Sports as they are highly regarded as the best tyres for the Zed although again it's personal choice & there are loads to choose from to suit various budgets. http://www.350z-uk.c...t-super-sports/ Car detailing: Again lot's of personal preferences but I use; Meguiars X2.0 for removing scratches & blemishes; http://www.ebay.co.u...ff13=80&ff14=95 Autoglym Intensive tar remover for getting rid of tar spots/tree sap/sticky residue etc; http://www.ebay.co.u...&ff14=95&ff19=0 Meguiars 3 step kit for full monthly/bi-monthly detail; http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2a37178d66 Turtle wax Ice synthetic paste for general monthly waxing; http://www.ebay.co.u...=item257bc7130e Have a good read through the detailing section here: http://www.350z-uk.c...-car-detailing/ Hope I've answered your questions and helped rather than confuse you.

...or an exhaust or any other parts. How do these people get so lucky to have these traders bang on their doorsteps. You need to open a South Wales store CS. -

Have a look through this dyno result thread; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/23450-dyno-results-info-thread/page__st__80#entry1224915 There are a few results posted from HR engined Zed owners in there (some dynoed/mapped@ TDI) so will give you some idea of the results you might expect depending on the mods that you have done before the UpRev. Obviously every car is different though so don't take it as fact that your Zed will achieve the same power levels. Some people actually only make standard power or just over even with a lot of mods but the drive ability of the cars afterwards and liveliness is usually greatly improved. My Zeds in there somewhere and as standard back in 2003 it is supposed to be 276bhp@fly ~ after my mods and my UpRev I made 293.4bhp@fly which I'm more than happy with but some Zed owners of the same year/model Zed have made over 300bhp and some just about 280bhp with similar mods. As I said though it's all about how it drives afterwards and at least you'll know the cars mapped then to suit any modifications you have made. -
Engine Management Light + Traction and SLIP light all on...

The ECU reset (AKA the pedal dance) can take a few attempts to get right. I've done it before and it's not always easy to get right as timing is important but it does work and will turn off the EML. Strangely I've had the best results just counting the seconds in my head rather than using a seconds hand on a clock face. I'm not sure I know any Zed specialists in your area but there might be some?! If you are still having problems after tomorrow then maybe try a new thread asking if anyone knows any specialists near you or if any kind members nearby with mechanical knowledge can take a look for you. Good luck. -

Thanks for the advice I had been looking at TDI north, heard they do some good tuning packages.. With exhaust/cat upgrade and up rev. Worth doing? Without a doubt. -
