At 22k miles there shouldnt be any issues and it should feel more or less like a new car. Just take it for a test drive to satisfy any fears you might have.....Do the usual checks and make sure you have good oil pressure. I bought my 07 313 last month for less than £9500 with 30K miles from a private seller Made up with it! ....be confident and go for it

We used to live on the side of a wooded valley here in Wales. There was a small stream at the bottom of the garden you could paddle in during the summer. Every winter after heavy rain, it morphed into a raging torrent 5 times its original width and 6ft deep. So much so that the roar of it kept you awake at night!!! :scare: Lost a lot of garden due to erosion. It was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE the amount of water that was rushing past!
