    ok, now it's confession time I've got a bike and it's in the conservatory serving as an exercise bike, it's probaby done 30k on the road, had it 8 years I guess Windsurfing I can understand, given the choice I'd rather fall of a board than a bike

    How long have you been doing do it? What has age got to do with it? I'm 50, I just spent the weekend down hilling in Switzerland. I don't expect to stop riding any time soon.

    Post a linky to it if you want the guys to look it over for you, they will tell you like it is if they aren't sure about description, value etc Clicky axle, drop links, correct tyres preferably all the same make.
