I had cause to phone Sky today and we all know how tedious that can end up being. I got through to a guy and I missed his name ( I thought I heard correctly but thought no it can't be so I carried on regardless) it started with a Z. Anyway to cut a long story short, the painful call that I thought it might be turned out saving me nearly a tenner a month and after threatening Sky with cancellation of the broadband they gave it to us for nothing and reduced the phone bill to £7.00 quid a month!! Result. I was already quite please with the guy as I had got what I wanted and he had been really helpful throughout, at the end of the conversation I asked what his name was and he says ZAPHOD!!! Yep named after Zaphod Beeblebrox from Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy!! Completely made my day, sad I know but hey it made me laugh

Nice spot buddy, had some a while ago and just grabbed some more for the van and the Zed £104.00 was my best, don't forget it's an 80 litre tank and the fuel gauge can be horribly inaccurate too.

Why on earth you are all getting so wound up is beyond me Most of you have been here long enough to know by now that not everyone will get on with everyone else so lets all stop rising to the bait.
