I would first take some measurements of parts of the chassis and fixed suspension componants and then go to a non crashed Zeds and messier up again that. You can get an idea if you have made your frame a little wonky. If all ok I'd repair the car. The transplant idea sounds much more expensive and labour intensive. Such a shame.
