What colour car is it? You Could get the rust treated, then have the roof wrapped a different colour. There's a guy in Dudley I'd recommend, its £80 for a roof wrap.

I just replaced mine with a mishimoto shroud. My old ones were switching off intermittently but would probably good to go after a clean, its a common problem, there are a few guides on here that show how to clean the motors. The whole shroud inc. both motors has been sitting in my boot for a few weeks. I'm open to offers

How much did Chips away charge? I've had 2 quotes in, both ~£100. With one guy saying he'll only be able to get it 80% right. One of them said he would have to cut a 1/2 inch whole in the door stop and get in that way, then fill the whole with a grommet. Sounds like a bit of a big hole.

I did this a few months ago its a good way to teach yourself to spray. The swap over is pretty simple. If you want a go at spraying, I've got a spare set for sale (link in my signature). Having a spare set means you you can take your time over it, then pass on your old one to someone else on here. I did my wing mirrors at the same time, but presume you plan to turn your handles orange so don't need to do the mirrors?

So looks like someone drove into me, after cleaning it up it doesn't look to bad. After getting my car keyed a few months ago this is undeserved... I've had a summer of discontent. Its not like its a tight fit or a car would have any need to turn. The garage I'm next to is shut at the weekend. Will this be simple for someone like chips away/dent magician?

Some one at my work has micra that's been plasticoted all over in Azure. i keep wanted to take a photo but don't want to embarrass the guy.

I moved onto battlefield after MW3. I think part of it is an age thing, the youngsters and their quick reactions make competiting on COD a pain in the ass. battlefield has a more variety so the older tactician in me has a chance! Just rediscovering Skyrim. Played it on 360 first time round but now trying it on pc. It's taken me about 4 hours to work out and load all the mods I want. Looks awesome so far and have just found out I can transfer my save files from xbox to pc. All I need to do now is get the 3d working perfectly.

Just get a small tablet and a flip case then hold the thing onto the cubby hole via a big bit of elastic. Quick simple easy to remove. I've also got an ipod classic mounted in the cubby hole

I've gone PC this generation. I've owned Xbox's and PlayStation's but if I had to I'd probably go Xbox this gen based on these points: 1: Friends lists - I've got many more xbox friends than PS friends 2: Controller - the PS controller has always felt terrible to me. I've not tried the next gen PS controller but I'm used to the xbox stick layout. I've never felt 'at one' with the PS controller and because of that I lose immersion so the games don't feel as enjoyable. 3: Gaming potential - Bit hard to judge but I think the PS has the best platform for gaming performance - but is the difference really that noticeable? In my case that's 2 out of 3 for xbox.

Just had mine replaced as I would overheat in slow moving traffic. When I started the car from cold and put the air con on full, only the driver side fan kicked in so presume this is the air con side. What happens when you do the above?

I don't think the mishimoto fans are independent. They are either both on or both off. Not an expert but it sounds like thats what zmanalex was suggesting above.
