Haha! It was a great drive home mate, I felt untouchable. Wonder what the charged boys feel though!

I travelled down to Horsham Developments today (great bunch of guys!) for my up-rev which I have been looking forward too for 3 weeks! All I can say is......WOW!.....what a transformation. My car feels alive again, throttle response is immediate, torque in each gear is vastly improved (gained another 20lbs of torque) and the MPG did not go below 32.4 to the gallon, and was giving it some beans down the dual carriageways too. My engine is on 78k, first run showed 317.3ps so it had only lost 12 horses in 10 years which I thought was amazing, final run shows 329.2ps at the wheels. Very pleased with that.

Aiming to get on the stand for 9, think I'll use the A5 down from Rugby instead of the M1 as it's 50mph all the way down and that's boring! Hope to see some of you on-route.

Seeing as it's the 50th anniversary which is an amazing milestone, could we get Nissan involved too? The new zed is just around the corner (being debuted at the Tokyo motor show 2019) i believe. If they were to bring their promotional stand, staff and their collection of zed cars, how epic would that be?

If you go to my profile, have a photo of it in my album. She had it from new, as to how many were sold in the Uk, I don't know, couldn't have been many as only produced between 2007 and 2009. I did see it for sale about 2 years ago for £9500 up in Glasgow! it still looked good.

You're right, found a powder coating company local to me, quoted £176 all in. A lot cheaper than a mobile wheel specialist.

I'm thinking of changing my wheel colour too, mine are shadow chrome but fancy a darker grey. Revive have quoted £65 per wheel ( and their mobile) which i thought wasn't too bad a price, chips away wanted £85!

Looking really good Ian, black wheels really suit the yellow.
