    Thanks for the info but they would be fitting and spraying the bumper,but by the sound of it the work they do isn't great then.

    I need a new front bumper and I quite like the "GTR" style one that a company called "Knight racer" do, does anyone know anything about them, or has someone got a picture of one fitted to a car. Not to sure about the bumper as I don't want to appear to be trying to look like something it's not.

    I wouldn't worry to much as long as the needle moves up relative to engine speed. Manufacturers stopped fitting oil pressure gauges to most cars because people were getting worried seeing the needle at nearly nought, when the cars were hot at tickover.

    I had an XKR before the Z and the best forum is : jaguar forums.com It is mostly american but the members are really helpful, some of the "how to" video's are the best I've seen.

    I had the same problem so purchased another motor, but when I took it apart the motor had become detached from the regulator. It would work now and then as it hadn't completely detached. I advise looking before you buy another motor.
