  1. As also mentioned earlier by someone (not trawling through to identify you) that the fines needs to be bigger for mobile phone use - I agree completely. How difficult is it to get yourself a handsfree or even pull over and ring them back? How often is that call really that important? Harsher penalties for mobile phone use!!!
  2. I reckon you could get a custom paint job for that sort of money.
  3. About time, if people actually get ticketed and the masses are re-educated in keeping left. This should also reduce congestion slightly...
  4. The real problem for me was the orange reflectors...
  5. Private, but I am convinced he knew...
  6. Seen WU06 today driving though Shirley - you didn't miss a Z as I was in a works car.
  7. Is it possible for someone to look at clutch and estimate how long it had been failing?
  8. Yeah I know the flywheel is often a necessity with the clutch but I was hoping that it could have been avoided as I had got plans for the other bit of money but hey ho!
  9. Well, gt the clutch done today and found out she needed a new flywheel too. I was gutted I had to find £600 for clutch after only having the car a few weeks but then then with the flywheel it has cost me £1000 I'm convinced the seller knew the clutch was going when he sold me the car but 'buyer beware' as the law states probably means I don't have a leg to stand on so to speak. I have kept the old parts just in case I can take legal action. I just don't feel that in the hundred or so miles of me driving it has resulted in the clutch going and the flywheel. On the plus side I'm hoping for 30,000 to 40,000 miles out of her without much more than servicing costs - fingers crossed... The clutch pedal now bites quite low down and is nowhere near as heavy as before. It was nice to drive her again
  10. Not me, as I run outside to check mine is still there...
  11. I saw this too on FB. Well at least it's not a UK owner from here but those spaces look quite big anyway.
  12. Yesterday travelling towards Lyndhurst at 2.55pm Lovely colour!
  13. Interested to know which products are recommended, would like to give mine a treat too.
  14. I am sure you can apply, for a fee, for the keeper details to the DVLA. We were looking for a particular numberplates a while back and applied for the registered keeper details and they duly supplied them.
  15. I take it you want Standard wheels in replacement for Rays? What condition are the Rays in?

    P3 Service?

Positive crankcase ventilation Car manufacturers suggest that PCV valves be cleaned or replaced after somewhere between 20,000 to 50,000 miles of driving. Consult your owner’s manual to see where the PCV valve is located on your vehicle and what the recommended service intervals are.
  17. A little update to her before she was sold. Now she has gone to a new home.

    P3 Service?

Not the best copy, used camera instead of scanner but it is a Nissan service sheet, that may help you answer your questions.

  20. Never been lucky enough to get tickets for a game like that, managed Engalnd v Italy a few years back but Italy weren't what they are now.
  21. Not the same buzz IMHO as an international match but still good rugby.
  22. Get the previous retina model if they have any left as i think they only come as refurbs now.
