Injuries suck man, but mines got a lot stronger!
Don't focus on weight if you're getting back into it, it can make it arduous as hell, especially if its a 10KG gain of lean mass. Lift so you feel that you've worked hard and be proud of it, soon you'll see the gains, by which point you'll be back into the 'routine' of gym and weight chasing will be an even bigger boost opposed to a downer.
