Get a socket that is slightly smaller than the wheel nut and hammer it onto the nut, and gently undo it. worked on my old R32 when I didnt get the wheel nut key with the car..

Bit the bullet and buy a Zed...I use my Zed every day and I have a X5 as well, but now using the Zed more than the X5. -
Is there a seperate motor for the headlight washers or is it from the windscreen washer motor, if seperate just disconnect it..??

Check eBay for a breaker, were a few on there.

Also the controlls on the steering wheel lit up on the facelift model, which is a good thing.

My 2006 pre-facelift was one of the last to be made, I prefer the pre-facelift interior.

I bought a TOM plate for my son, cost £750 from DVLA, with vat, auction fees, transfer fee etc, came to £1,120. So yes' there are additional fees to pay, just like any auction it's not the hammer price you pay, there's always add on's... :scare:

Nice Zed ..needs a "stubby"...did 7.35 at the ring in my 911 in the dry. Hans Stuck was out testing the new BMW MTec V10 the same day..couldnt even get close to his time..
